The Devil's Bride

The Devil's Bride

"Maybe start reading a love story about humans next time. I don't think one between a rabbit and a wolf counts as one; was it a children's book?" "It wasn't." Derrick gasped, "Oh, were you more interested because this story revolves around animals?" A feather popped out of Zin's hair before grunting. "I was trying to make it sound cute, but don't bring my wings and feathers into this!" he yelled out before walking back into his own room. Leaving Derrick alone in the living room. "A wolf protecting a tiny little rabbit," he said with a smirk, thinking about the stupid story. "Well, that rabbit must have been extremely alluring."

FORBIDDEN CURRICULUM

FORBIDDEN CURRICULUM

Rabbit made a sound that wasn’t quite human. Then he grabbed the sock. Dropped it. Grabbed it again. “Nope.” Noah blinked. “Nope?” he repeated. “I-I mean…yes…I-I have a s-shift this morning.” “You haven’t even eaten.” “I’ll eat when I get there.” “Rabbit.” Rabbit pointed dramatically toward the door. “I appreciate everything.” Noah raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean by that?” “Very much.” “??.” “I’ll be leaving now.” His knees nearly bucked as he made his way out the door.

Best Friend’s Brother Shouldn’t Know How I Taste

Best Friend’s Brother Shouldn’t Know How I Taste

The little girl asked, tilting her head back to look up at me. "Not quite," I answered. "But they are very strong. Like armor." "I have a magic rabbit," she chirped, lifting her stuffed toy up by its long ears so I could see it. "His name is Barnaby. He flies when I throw him in the air. Can your buttons fly?" "No, my buttons have to stay right here," I chuckled, leaning down so I was closer to her eye level. "But Barnaby looks like a very good pilot." "He is. He flies to the moon when Mommy is sleeping," she said, holding up four fingers on her small hand. "I am this many. I'm going to be five when the snow comes back to Texas."

Where She Falls, We Catch Her

Where She Falls, We Catch Her

Chapter 20: Safe Garden Days Nurtured by Love, Technology, Vigilance Eva’s first night in the new house was quiet. The moonlight spilled across the bedroom floor, filtered through linen curtains that rustled slightly in the summer breeze. The garden outside, alive with the muted hum of crickets and the occasional rustle of leaves, offered a kind of serene soundtrack to a day that had been anything but calm. Eva lay in her small bed, the quilt tucked snugly around her shoulders, clutching her rabbit tied in a scarf. It was no longer a lure, but a companion — a symbol of her courage.

My Secret Wolf King

My Secret Wolf King

Aria Lucas nuzzled into my lap, his mismatched eyes wide as I read aloud the story from the children’s book. He’d found it in the playroom at the hospital, and snuggled up into bed with me, practically begging me to read it for him. “And then the rabbit said,” I continued, “‘But how can I trust a wolf who eats rabbits for dinner?’” Lucas gasped, clutching the edge of his blanket like it might protect him from the imaginary wolf in the story. “What did the wolf say next, Mommy?” he asked eagerly, practically bouncing in the hospital bed beside me.

The Billionaire’s Obsession: My Ex‑Wife Became a Queen

The Billionaire’s Obsession: My Ex‑Wife Became a Queen

As if she is testing the sound of it on her tongue. He kneels beside her. His knees crack. The sound is loud in the quiet room. He says, Yes, baby. Daddy. His voice cracks too, breaking on the second syllable. She holds up a stuffed rabbit. Brown, floppy ears, a stitched smile. Not the white one. Not the one with the black ribbon. That rabbit is gone, burned in the fireplace. This one is new, safe, bought by Marcus from a toy store across the city. She says, Rabbit.

Contracted To The Single Daddy Alpha

Contracted To The Single Daddy Alpha

I nodded awkwardly and began munching away, forgetting about my dignity. Adrian rolled up the sleeves of his crisp navy blue shirt, revealing powerful well-muscles arms that moved with easy grace as he sat on the floor around the table with us. “Your friends look tired,” Adrian suggested, smiling as he reached for a book, “why don’t we read them a goodnight story so they can all go to bed?” Lily sighed dramatically, feigning tiredness as though she and her dolls had been at work all day. She yawned and then nodded, “good idea, daddy. Oh, oh, tell us the story of Peter the rabbit.”

Nina; The real me

Nina; The real me

The words flowed easily, but the story took me back to our happier times. “Once upon a time, there were four little rabbits, and their names were Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton-tail, and Peter…” As I read, I glanced over at James. He stirred slightly, and a small smile played on his lips. Sophie’s breathing deepened, a sign that she was sinking into a deeper sleep. The room felt warmer, filled with the memories of the past.

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

They both burst into laughter. 🖤 "Hey Alyssa, wake up" A white rabbit with big fluffy ears said, he is putting on a bow tie and now on top of the bed on which Alyssa is sleeping on and seriously trying to wake Alyssa up. "Wake up! wake up!" The rabbit said again and keeps on shaking Alyssa. "Oh, comm'on stop the racket" Shouted a brown hamster who was sleeping until he heard the noise. "Oh come on Berk let her sleep you know she is tired", Said an old roaster after crowing his morning cry, on top of the beck, close to the window.

Itzthalia Charm
The skill of the writer is unique, the plot is amazing ❤️and unpredictable and still very transparent, I love Alyssa role as a motivator and supporter to Darrell unlike other random plots where the female protagonist is waiting for her prince charming to rescue her from distress I find that pathetic

What do I say about this book... it’s so powerful. I honestly felt my whole thought process shift after finishing it. Such a beautiful read. With life so hectic is was great to be taken to another world and sink into the story. As always I love these stories and characters created. Always refreshing

Frequently Asked Questions

Rabbit bedtime stories are such a wholesome way to wind down! I stumbled upon a treasure trove of free options while hunting for cozy tales to read to my niece. Sites like Project Gutenberg have classic collections like 'The Velveteen Rabbit'—public domain gems with that timeless warmth. For more modern picks, Librivox offers free audiobook versions narrated by volunteers; their rendition of Beatrix Potter’s tales is downright charming.

Don’t overlook YouTube either! Channels like 'StoryTime Family' animate short bunny adventures with soothing voices. Local library apps like Hoopla or Libby often have digital picture books too—just search 'rabbit' in their kids’ section. My personal favorite? Blogs by indie authors who share original stories; some even have printable PDFs for bedtime routines.
