For pure short stories, 'The Wayward Children' series by Seanan McGuire has prequel novellas like 'In Mercy, Rain' that are standalone and feel like a bittersweet hug.

Lately, I've been reading translated Chinese webnovel snippets on sites like Chrysanthemum Garden. Stories like 'After Transmigrating into a Short-Lived White Moonlight, Had a HE with the Villain' often have fluffy, domestic extra chapters that are just the protagonists cuddling or cooking, completely divorced from the main plot's angst.
