Bramantyo tak sadar jika dirinya mengalami keanehan dengan kehidupannya. Dulu, ia adalah seorang yang periang dan senang bergaul dengan banyak teman. Sejak kehilangan kedua orangtuanya dua tahun lalu, kepribadiannya berubah. Sampai akhirnya ia bertemu dengan Diana, seseorang yang pernah ia sukai di masa lalu. Pertemuannya dengan Diana menjadi canggung karena Bramantyo ternyata lupa dengan wanita cantik itu. Bertahun pergi merantau telah membuatnya lupa wajah Diana dan mereka pun berkenalan lagi untuk kedua kalinya. Berbulan kemudian, Diana sadar jika Bramantyo mempunyai kebiasaan aneh. Kekasihnya itu sering sekali bertindak semaunya hingga terobsesi dengan segala hal. Ia pun nekat mengajak Bramantyo ke psikiater untuk memeriksanya. Hasilnya, Bramantyo mempunyai penyakit kelainan mental yang cukup berat. Menyadari akan hal itu, Bramantyo pun menghindari Diana. Ia merasa malu akan dirinya dan memilih menyendiri. Diana mencarinya karena ia mencintai Bramantyo dengan tulus dan ingin merawatnya hingga sembuh. Hingga akhirnya saat Bramantyo dinyatakan sembuh, Diana pun menyatakan kembali perasaannya pada Bramantyo. Keduanya berniat melanjutkan kembali hubungan walaupun keadaan Bramantyo yang berbeda dari sebelumnya. Pertentangan Diana dengan keluarganya membuat Bramantyo sedih, ia memutuskan untuk berpisah dengan Diana. Namun Diana menolak dan memilih Bramantyo karena perasaannya teramat besar pada pria itu. Mereka pun memutuskan untuk menikah dan pergi dari keluarganya sejauh mungkin. Berhasilkah Diana meyakinkan keluarganya?
