I close the email and press my palm to my chest. Just as I do, another notification pops up. *From: S* No subject. Below, there is an attachment. My heart pause as I stare at the screen for a long time, debating. What could this be? And who could this be? My finger hovers around the mouse. And after hesitating for the longest, I click. “Hi Aunty Emma!” Bernard’s voice bursts into the room, bright and unfiltered. “We miss you!” Bernice adds, their voices overlapping, tumbling over each other in excitement.
