Raindrops Falling From My Eyes Novels & Stories

I have to accept the fate and destiny reserved for me. I just have to let it flow as it should. All of a sudden, my tears fell from my eyes like raindrops from the sky, ruining my makeup.

The untouched tray of food lay forgotten as she drifted towards the window, her gaze lost in the relentless downpour. As she gazed at the torrential rain beating down on the lush foliage, she watched the tiny rivulets that had emerged on the earth, tracing their way through the landscape. Each droplet was a note in the symphony of her despair, the rivulets on the glass a map of her shattered expectations.

You are more than the problems you create.'} Watching my angel walking towards her little home, I couldn't take away the goofy grin on my beautiful face. Even if the drops of the rain were like tears continuously falling down from the dark clouds, it was like a thousand blessings that couldn't seem to bind from the sky to fall on me. I couldn't believe I caught her easily like that. I guess this was a new year with my new pretty doll.

Her love. I blinked open my eyes when a drop of water fell upon me. I tilted my head back and looked up at the dark grey clouds covering the sky and the sun and closed my eyes as more droplets fell, followed by a downpour. I quickly looked down when my stomach threatened to hurl and took in a deep shaky breath.

As the rain poured relentlessly outside, I found myself drawn to the window, my heart heavy with a mix of nerves and unexplained sadness. Each raindrop seemed to mirror the strange ache within me, falling with a gentle but persistent rhythm. “Who is she?.......” I mumbled to myself watching the droplets slide down the glass, blurring the world outside, mirroring the unexplainable tears that threatened to escape my eyes. The pitter-patter of rain became a soothing soundtrack to my racing thoughts, as I grappled with the weight of my emotions.

Maybe if I focused on counting my steps, I wouldn’t cry. One … two … three … Suddenly the sky looked heavy, like it wanted to rain, “oh god please not today” I whispered Then it did, it seems my prayers fell to the ground, a scold drop hit my cheek. Just one at first. Then another. Then lots more. The skies opened fully, and the rain fell in sheets thick enough to drown me and whatever I had left on today. Paint dripped down my neck in colorful streams, mixing with the rain, sticky and cold as it glued my shirt to my skin.

The rain falls in torrents, a relentless deluge that mirrors the tumult within my heart. I sit huddled on the pavement, my shoulders hunched, my figure a mere silhouette against the backdrop of the dreary evening. The cold drops cascade down, soaking through my clothes, but I scarcely notice, lost in the storm of my own despair. With trembling hands, I clutch at myself, as if trying to hold the shattered pieces of my being together while my tears mingle with the rain on my cheeks.

Natasha's mind was churning out words to stop the torrent of tears that kept falling from her eyes. At that moment, Natasha felt a splash of water. She raised her head to the sky, and the rain fell slowly on her face. At first, it was only drizzling, but suddenly, it turned into a heavy downpour. The sky was clear at this time, and there weren't even any clouds to predict the usual rain. Without being able to believe it, Natasha saw the waiter running frantically with an umbrella toward her. Strangely, Natasha just wanted James to come and do that for her instead of getting the maid's help.

Sophia’s POV The rain poured down heavily, accompanied by flashes of lightning and mumbling thunder. I stood at the hospital window, watching it fall with hypnotic rhythm. Despite the gray skies and the cold wind creeping through the cracks of the old windowpane, there was something oddly peaceful about it. The droplets raced down the glass like tiny rivers, their chaotic descent matching the turmoil inside me. Yet, somehow, the sound was calming — as if the heavens knew my pain and wept with me.

Just before I was about to close my eyes to sleep because I was way too tired, I felt some drops of water on my face, and I looked up to see the rain drizzling. I was surprised, because it didn't look like it was going to rain hours again. Because of the rain, I stood up and continued running. I noticed that while I was running, my eyes were suddenly wet. No, not from the rain, but I was actually crying. Why am I crying? I asked myself, but I couldn't provide an answer to that. I suddenly stopped in my tracks, and before I was able to actually turn around, I felt something dragging me, and it continued dragging me, until I fell into a deep pit, a pot that I was sure I'd never come out of.
