The Mafia Assassin

The Mafia Assassin

She looked him dead in the eye as she said the ‘shot’ part. She wanted to ask him so many questions. Why did he kill the man? Why was he helping her despite the fact he killed someone? What was Adrian's connection to this? From what she observed so far, Adrian seems to be the boss and he clearly ordered the hit using Nicholas. She was the most unfortunate to witness it, now he wants her dead.

Side Chick Era… Over

Side Chick Era… Over

The knife caught the moonlight, reflecting a sharp, icy gleam—clearly a weapon of exceptional quality, capable of cutting through iron like mud. Thomas didn't flinch. He stepped back smoothly, dodging the strike, and in one fluid motion, disarmed the man. The assassin—a seasoned mercenary—froze in shock. Impossible. He ranked in the global top three for assassinations, and number one in close-quarters combat. How could his weapon be taken so easily? In that split second of distraction, a cold gleam flashed in Thomas's eyes. He swung the blade—and with a silver arc through the dark air, the assassin's pinky finger was severed clean off.

You are doing a great job, I love how Sharon is against the high society circle. The story does not feel stale and repeated antics like most books but this one you don’t know what happens next. I’m rooting for Sharon and her friends to stick the middle finger to everyone who thought so little of her
Tanima Sharma
I love the book. Love all the twists and turns, and particularly Sharon's will to not act like a coy, delicate, helpless person. She did not even cry once. I am hopeful that her angle with Thomas will be explored deeper. He is a perfect crazy billionaire, who could actually be her equal. Unlike ML.

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

“Back then, you had the opportunity to take Secret, but you didn’t cherish it. Do you regret it now?” Blair put the pendant around Mable’s neck. “I do regret it a bit, but not for not getting Secret. I regret not cherishing you well enough.” Mable’s lips curled up, and she reopened the photo sent by Solomon. “This brooch is the identification mark of A-level subordinates of Secret. Thus, this assassin must be from Secret. There’s no way Solomon can make him talk!” An A-level assassin meant passing the most rigorous training. Their willpower was far beyond that of an ordinary person. Even if a truth serum was used, it was impossible to force him to talk.

I was reading this story on HeyNovel but it was called Mr. Goodwin, Your Ex-wife is a stunner and have different character names. The story is good but stopped updating at chapter 300. Excited that I found it here and looking forward to continuing the story.

I absolutely LOVE this story! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I have been unable to put my phone down since I started reading it. I do have one complaint, though...I wish the author would do some proof reading before posting the chapters onto this app because there are quite a few typos

His Assassin's Love

His Assassin's Love

“Guess you can see that for yourself.” I remained silent, my expression unreadable. I started toward the door, but Casey shifted, blocking my path. “You know,” he said, voice casual, “I’m actually glad he’s gone.” That made me pause. My eyes narrowed slightly, a silent demand for him to continue. Casey’s lips curled into something that wasn’t quite a smile. “I knew what you were from the beginning. Assassin. A famous one, at that.” He tilted his head, watching me carefully. “I always wanted to warn Gerald, tell him exactly what kind of woman he was dealing with. But I didn’t, because I was afraid.”

The Billionaire's Wife is an Assassin

The Billionaire's Wife is an Assassin

Noel smiled gently as Lisa rolled her eyes and turned back to those that were speaking. "Let's Welcome Noel, he is the 4th Assassin in the assassins most powerful list and he just came back from a mission that took him seven years" The 2nd elder announced as everyone clapped feeling very happy. "Why do I feel like this people are plotting something against me?" Scarlett muttered while looked at those people strangely. "Are you thinking too much?" Lisa looked around but didn't find anything strange. "Maybe I'm indeed thinking too much" She muttered and continued listening.

SOUL'LESS

SOUL'LESS

By eighteen years, I had personally killed 25 people including an eight-year-old child - and this is apart from group killings I occasionally did with the others -, the nightmare never left me for a second but I didn't dare to feel hurt, it was my punishment for everything I had done. I became a professional and was regarded as one of the best. We were a total of thirty-one assassins including the master - that's what he called himself - we were more than that in the beginning but with time, a lot gave up or were killed during operations and that's saying something about the rest of us that we were really good.

The Assassin's Surrender VIIII

The Assassin's Surrender VIIII

“I guess that’s part of the Confradia package.” I nod my head. “Yeah, it’s not too late for you, man. Get out while you still can.” Corbin rolls his eyes in reply. Corbin is Priest’s brother. To Priest’s consternation, Corbin joined the Confradia two years ago at the age of nineteen. Even though, like me, he’s joined the others in missions, he’s not an Assassin. Corbin works on weapons research. He’s a freaking genius in modifying and creating weapons that have revolutionized the Confradia’s killing strategies. Since he joined the Confradia, our fighting tactics have evolved to a whole new level of calm.

The Assassin's Destiny VII

The Assassin's Destiny VII

“Then I guess we better give him what he wants. Rogue, take out the needles.” Rogue gives me a knowing smile before he opens up a satchel and removes several six-inch needles. The needles look like knitting needles, but instead of hooks at the end, they’re sharp and extremely painful. Rogue was the first Assassin that I brought on when I became the South American Board Director. The first thing I taught Rogue was how to use the needles for the purpose of torture. I use the needles to dig them into vital organs, which causes slow, excruciating pain to run through my victim’s nervous systems. It’s a very painful way to die. Rogue prefers to use a gun, but I enjoy my needles.

he says with a sly smile. “You know about my family,” I say as I place my glass down before I end up shattering it in my hand. “A fascinating history. An entire lineage of female assassins. They could write stories of you.” “Like you said, anonymity is our most powerful weapon, and like you, I use it well, just as the women before me did.” “Sadly it didn’t serve you well this time,” he says apologetically. “Haruspex would certainly disagree with you,” I say in a bored tone as I examine my nails.
