Blood and Darkness

Blood and Darkness

But the important thing is, recognizing your mistake and learning something from it, so you can act accordingly next time. Anger. That is the number one emotion that can push us to the cliff of doing things in a rough way. Too much anger can turn us into people far from what we used to. It can turn us into vengeful beasts, if we can't control ourselves. It can be our most dangerous foe. And I learned it all the hard way.

Ruin the Plot- Her Bully

Ruin the Plot- Her Bully

The only thing she should feel for that asshole is intense hatred. That f**k boy, I wish that was me. I would teach him a lesson. I grab my pillow and scream into it. That book pissed me off. I feel my anger dissipate as I breathe steady breaths. I should stop thinking of this and go to sleep. I look at the time; it’s 11:05 pm. I have work in the morning, at a coffee shop, I’m 21, no college education, and books are my only escape from my sad reality, but I had to find the one book that made me angry tonight.

'Learn this from me. Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves. The best fighter is never angry.' ❤️❤️❤️ A Man Called Storm (Part 1) ❤️❤️❤️ Both the Empress and her two sons were up to their feet, staring at the bloody tooths scattered on the floor.

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

contradictory Feeling angry sometimes may be perfectly legitimate and very appropriate, as long as we manage to control ourselves, and do not do anything that you may regret later. Showing anger reminds others that we are not powerless, that we have been hurt, assaulted, or threatened in a serious and dangerous manner, and that their actions have caused us to feel deep, deep pain. We get angry only when necessary; Which matters are very serious, and it is also not good to get angry and project your anger on innocent people, if you cannot release your anger in a way You should find a way to release your anger without hurting anyone else. But you have to release your anger; Because pent-up ang

ENTANGLED WITH THE REJECTED MATE

ENTANGLED WITH THE REJECTED MATE

“Okay, tonight we’ll proceed. Just before the moon rises!” * * * * * * * * * * * Max angrily flipped through the pages of the books, frustration building up inside of her until she couldn’t contain it any longer. With a burst of anger, she hurled the book she was holding to the ground, feeling the release of tension in that single moment.

Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

“As backwards as this sounds, instead of trying to calm your mind, I think I need to start by rattling it. I need to figure out what will make you mad.” “You need to make me mad?” I stop and look up at her. I think back to times in my life I’ve lost my temper. It’s not a pretty scene. “Why the Hell would you want to do that?” “Bronx, anger isn’t just an emotion. It has physical implications as well. It consumes a tremendous amount of emotional and physical energy.” Doctor Khe presses her lips together and looks at me apologetically. “I’m going to assume you have spent a lot of time learning to control yourself. Does that sound right?”

This story was “ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL”!! I love love loved it!! So well written & very descriptive!! The characters had such depth! My favourite characters were Bronx and Kas(Iokaste), of course!! They went through “SO” much, but made it through!!
Sarah Geer
Love this book and this author. She has found a way to write two books that seem like completely different stories but then happen to intertwine at an unexpected point. Ever chapter she posts leaves me wanting more. I can’t wait to continue reading this series!

SEDUCTION AND ASCENSION

SEDUCTION AND ASCENSION

"And now you learn something you did not know before. When your body has nothing left, your anger can still carry you." I wipe blood from my lip with the back of my hand. "Is that what you wanted to teach me?" "I wanted to see if you had it in you." He looks at me directly. "Anger is dangerous. It makes you stupid. It makes you sloppy, but it is also fuel. And right now, fuel is the only thing keeping you alive." He turns and walks back toward the building. "Clean yourself up. We start again in an hour." I stand alone in the clearing, surrounded by trees and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. My body hurts in ways I never belive it could. My hands will not stop shaking, and my lip is st

His Mate From the Sea

His Mate From the Sea

I raged, unable to control myself. Her gaze settled on my face, then she sighed. “You are getting it wrong,” she mumbled, annoying me even more, “If I got it all wrong, the least you should do is tell me where I went wrong so I would do the needful, not pushing me away like I'm some sort of pest," I snarled, my eyes flashing. This is one of the reasons I didn't want to get angry with her. I find it hard to control my temper. It isn't just me, almost all Alpha males have anger issues. I'm trying really hard to calm down but I can't. Images of Marilyn pushing my hand off her body kept flashing in my head.

From damped to Mrs billionaire

It made me look at Gabriel, and sometimes even at the world, through a lens that was still clouded by the past. I thought about what I had learned from helping others. I had seen women who had been hurt by partners or family, who carried their anger like a shield, and who found that it slowly ate away at their own joy. I had come to understand a truth that was difficult to accept: Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to get sick.

The Last Alpha's Warrior Mate

The Last Alpha's Warrior Mate

Anger has taken a hold of me, an intense, burning sensation that courses through my veins and boils in my stomach. No words can accurately explain the outrage consuming me. My fists clench at my sides, and all rational thought has been replaced by pure rage. This is not like me; I'm usually quite gentle and composed - but right now, I feel anything but calm.
