Maid To Be (Book Three)

Maid To Be (Book Three)

She let out. “Who knew there was something called the valedictorian?” Ashley had pulled closer to me, eyes shifting off the screen onto my figure. “What about our husbands?” Another voice followed. “What gets them going?” The speaker questioned. “This” And then came another slideshow, with the image of two figures popping up. “Men love the doggy” “If that doesn’t work on them, I believe the cowgirl would” “And while you take your territory on his body, I need you ladies to ride like your life depended on it”

“But both are Nintendo, so the vibe here is still good” “How about books? Do you have a favorite?”, she asks. “Grapes of Wrath”, I answer and her shock over my answer doesn’t go unnoticed. “You”? “The Great Gatsby”, she says. Wow, that’s depressing! “So tragic”, I told her. “Speak for yourself”, she says, and we both laugh again because both books are probably equally depressing! “Favorite movie?” I asked her. “Love, Actually”, she says sadly. “Serious? Isn’t that a little before your time?” I said.

TAMING THE BILLIONAIRE DAD

TAMING THE BILLIONAIRE DAD

The bookshelf was just as tall as Andrew so he could easily access the books there. The bookshelf had all sorts of books, ranging from fictional novels to nonfictional novels, to educational novels and textbooks. Her eyes caught titles like; The Redwall series by Brian Jacques, Caddie Woodlawn by Carol Ryrie Brink, The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros and a lot more. Even the Encyclopedia was in his bookshelf. And there was also some novels on the basis of business and finance. The book the lad was currently reading was The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie.

After the Third Time

After the Third Time

My heart was pounding, and I could not rein in my emotions. What was he thinking? Was he not supposed to marry Melanie? Why abandon her and come all the way to United Germland to find me? At the cafeteria, I dodged the private room and picked a random spot in the main area. Staring at the food behind the glass, my stomach turned. I could not eat. However, Henry's words about the cheese pasta haunted me. Real Itanian dishes were a rarity there. It had been ages since I had had pasta. With a sigh, I grabbed a piece of steak and headed back to my table.

Traci Williams
There is too much to write about this story to write a review in 300 characters. I highly recommend this book, but start with the Delta’s Daughter if you haven’t already started there. Stout had me on a roller coaster of feelings with this one. I can’t wait to read the next one!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

War of Threes

War of Threes

This is the end of War of Threes, but the third book, Trinity of Power, is coming!! Important/Interesting Info: 1. I will be taking a couple week break to get ahead of the book. It will post on the website on 1/31/22. It usually takes it about a week for it to show up on the app, because they have to sign the book and do all the paperwork and blah blah blah. 2. I will keep my update schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the potential of special updates over the weekends.

My Three Mates

She looks so distraught again. Jared steals Rose's pizza causing her to protest and us to laugh. Sarah eats but very little. I watch Abby nibble at her food and watch my girls eat with the guys. I love these three ladies so much and I hope I don't lose them. "let's get home so we can put our stuff away and watch a movie ladies". We finish eating then Jake pays the bill. We head home and the girls put their new clothes away. We sit and watch Tangled and the girls go to bed afterwards.

I’ve reading this story before. It kept me on the edge. I was addicted and hooked. I couldn’t put this story down. Lost sleep many nights just reading it til I finish this book. I am going to read your other stories on here. To many to choose.

I have never read any aloha or werewolf stories. This one had me on edge. I read it within less then 48 hours. Yes, it’s graphic and has a lot of cussing. But it has a wonderful ending. Being a victim of past marital abuse, it’s relatable. There is good out there.

Center Land (Book 3 of Kendra's Journey)

Center Land (Book 3 of Kendra's Journey)

He smiled, knowingly, and eagerly agreed. Since the little cottage had an open floor plan, Olga was able to watch their interaction even if she wasn’t always able to catch what was being said. She even joined in on a few topics now and then. Not being one to talk around a subject, Kendra -who was second to shower- almost immediately began to grill him on the existence of the saber tooth cat and what other creatures they should expect to encounter on their journey as she walked out of the bathroom to join them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Discovering great online reads for third graders can be an exciting adventure! There’s a treasure trove of free books available that not only entertain but also help foster a love for reading at this crucial age. I'll share some gems that I've personally enjoyed and think many kids would find delightful.

One fantastic resource is the website called Project Gutenberg. It's packed with thousands of classic books that are in the public domain. You can find beloved children’s stories like 'The Adventures of Tom Sawyer' by Mark Twain and fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm. These stories are timeless and offer just the right mix of adventure and moral lessons, perfect for curious young minds. Plus, the site is easy to navigate, making it simple for kids (or their parents) to find what they’re looking for.

Another excellent option is Open Library, which also provides access to a wide range of children’s literature. They have everything from picture books to early chapter books. One title I particularly love is 'Charlotte’s Web' by E.B. White. Kids are always enchanted by the friendship between Wilbur the pig and Charlotte the spider. It teaches lessons about friendship, loyalty, and even the cycle of life—all in a way that’s accessible and age-appropriate. Plus, there's something about the warm, cozy vibe of reading about farm life that just pulls at the heartstrings!

Then, don't forget about Librivox! This platform offers free audiobooks of public domain works, so children can listen while they follow along with the text. Audiobooks can be a great way to engage kids who might be more auditory learners or those who can be reluctant readers. Imagine them snuggled up with their favorite blanket, listening to 'The Wind in the Willows' by Kenneth Grahame. It’s a classic tale filled with adventure, friendship, and a dash of whimsy that children typically can't get enough of!

Lastly, many local libraries offer free access to eBooks through platforms like OverDrive or Libby. All you need is a library card, and then kids can borrow a plethora of books from the comfort of home. It opens up a world of possibilities and allows kids to explore new genres they might not discover otherwise. Overall, nurturing a child's imagination with these free online resources can create fond memories and a lifelong love for literature. Happy reading!
