Between The Alpha's War

Between The Alpha's War

Jace said, holding onto her tighter. “Something is coming.” She whispered looking across the yard. “Something?” Jace said, setting Nora down and standing in front of her, Cole pushing just under his surface. He didn't pick up anything, what was she sensing? He squinted trying to focus his eyes. He couldn't hear anything ethier. “Yes. Something strong.” Nora whispered, her eyes glowing amber, Zara was ready to fight. Authors Note: Hello all Thank you so much for reading! This is the last chapter in this novel! Joining His Voyage

Joining His Voyage

Sa sobrang taas, may mga hagnan para makuha mo 'yung mga nasa itaas. There are a lot of novels there that caught my attention. Ang mga gusto kong basahin, nilalagay ko sa ibabaw ng lamesa. "Cordina's Royal Family by Nora Roberts." binasa ko ang pamagat ng librong hawak ko. "I never thought they'd collect books from New York Best Selling Authors." I told myself. Nakapatong ako ngayon sa hagdan, naghahanap ng libro. I roamed my eyes around the library, until I saw a table with maps.

Five Years After Divorce, My Ex-Husband Wants Me Again

Five Years After Divorce, My Ex-Husband Wants Me Again

I read the first line and set it back down, I left the food untouched, I crossed to the bar instead. I poured myself a glass of whiskey, it burned less than it usually did. I carried the glass toward the window, outside, the sky beyond the grounds had started to turn gold. The fountain near the gardens reflected the last of the sunlight. I rested one hand against the glass. I knew Nora had spent five years in London. I knew she had returned with Beaumont under her control. I knew she had taken Andrade before I realized she was even bidding. I knew Alexander Ashton had met her when she was carrying twins.

His Doctor, His True Luna

His Doctor, His True Luna

“And you know what, she still cares enough about what you think to dig through the dark web and find evidence to prove she’s innocent. I told her to just run—” I take Nora’s face between my fingers, stopping her. “What evidence? What did she find?” Nora sighs and jerks her face away to bend down and grab her bag. “It’s all in here. My laptop and the puzzle codes to get into the dark web.” I take the bag from her and unzip it. “She said there’s enough evidence to clear her name in the computer, and that she even found out where they’re hosting their next auction of wolf souls,” Nora tells me, and I pull out the notebook.

Sinful Nights

Sinful Nights

No one has found the bodies yet, though, so theres still a lingering hope out there that they're alive. I sigh as I crawl under the thick quilt, flicking on the lamo beside me as I pull out my latest find at Barnes and Nobels: The Winter Garden by the famous Kristin Hannah. This woman's books are truly amazing. Then, after an hour long reading session, I find my eyes beginning to shut against my will, so I set down the book on the bedside table and shut off the lamp. ~ The next morning...

Contract With Big Brother-in-law

Contract With Big Brother-in-law

Settling on making a quick omelet, I gathered eggs, cheese, and some leftover vegetables. As I whisked the eggs, my mind wandered back to the past couple of days. I wondered if Grace was asleep right now, or sitting up feeling scared and lonely. Tomorrow, I would prepare a meal for her, I decided. And maybe bring her a few of those books I had purchased. “Midnight snack, Kayla?” I jumped at the sound of the voice, nearly dropping the bowl. Turning, I saw Nora leaning casually against the doorway, her arms crossed and a smug smile playing on her lips. She was dressed impeccably, as always, in a silk robe that accentuated her slim figure.

"Wow, what a charmed life she’s living—pain, suffering, heartbreak—she’s got the full package! It’s almost like the author’s personal mission was to make sure the heroine never experiences a single moment of joy. Truly inspiring.,.. very disappointing this one is really exhausting to read

Let me first say that this author has kept me coming back to read the rest of the story. However, poor Kayla… can’t she catch a break? This is one of the better books I’ve read on here, but I’m starting to get frustrated by the 2 steps forward with Nicholas and Kayla for them to take 10 steps back.

Crown of Tempests

Crown of Tempests

Keen eyes, dangerous in a way that only hinted at the wolf beneath. Those eyes flicked sideways. Not to meet mine. But beyond me. To Kaia. I caught it then. The slightest change in expression. Pride. Quiet. Simple. Easy to miss, if you weren’t looking for it. But there. Solid as the ground beneath his boots, as he watched his daughter stand where she had fought so hard to be. I looked past them both, and that was when I saw the rest. Emberbound. Nora was off to the side of the crowd, near the center. You couldn’t miss her even among a group. There was a strength to her now that didn’t need to announce itself.

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

The battlefield behind her had slowed—warriors, bloodied and panting, held position while the presence atop Ridge Point commanded the attention of all. Nora. She stood tall and still, flanked by witches in tattered robes and vampires with silver-streaked fangs. Her aura was dark, like ink spilled into water, consuming everything it touched. But it was her eyes—those unnatural crimson orbs—that locked onto Aurora with venomous purpose. “You look just like her,” Nora called across the space, her voice amplified by magic. “But she was weak. Our mother.” Aurora’s jaw tightened. Her voice was steady. “She was kind. And powerful enough to keep you hidden from me.”

Lust For Me, Daddy's Good Girl

Lust For Me, Daddy's Good Girl

Before Matthew could say anything else, a soft voice chimed in. “Hello.” My eyes snapped toward the sound, landing on Nora. Her delicate figure stepped forward, wide eyes gleaming with innocence. That perfect smile of hers made people want to protect her. I watched the way she looked at Hades and Roman, her charm sweet enough to melt anyone. And the worst part was that it always worked. Men always fell for it. Nora never had to raise her voice or demand a thing, her fragility did all the work. She was beautiful, small, delicate, the kind of woman men wanted to fight wars for.

What’s happening with the updates? Lord have mercy…what’s the point of starting a story and weeks and weeks pass and no updates at all? It’s so frustrating!!! I understand life happens for everyone but at least let your readers know it will take a while or something…smh ...

The Alphas Hunt

The Alphas Hunt

She asked and batted her thick-coated lashes at the men from the Dark Guard. They looked at their leaders for a sign but kept a straight, cold face while doing so. “She only bites if you want her to. Your men are safe,” I said when I saw the reluctance on their faces. Nora was good, maybe even the best I've hired. She knows where to look, who to touch, and what to say to get men to lower their guards. She was the best secret weapon during any negotiation and she was the best decision I made when it came to Hazel's protection.

The book was great. The first section was quite disturbing & I almost stopped reading it. I'm glad I persevered as the twists & turns, as well as the character development, made it compelling & worthwhile.

There are A LOT of spelling mistakes at first, and trust me, I almost stopped reading because I was so irritated. But I’m SO GLAD I stuck with it because the storytelling and character dev is so good!! There are still spelling mistakes throughout, but much less frequent. Can’t wait for book 2!!!
