Trouble with the Devil

Trouble with the Devil

She glared at her best friend, Jessica. “Haha, you really got scared. Well, that expression you made was worth recording.” Jessica covered her mouth with her palm, unable to control her laugh. “You know I wasn’t lying when I said I would kill anyone who would prank on me,” She threatened. “Ok Ok I am sorry” Jessica apologised. Nora rolled her eyes, appearing displeased, and walked ahead. Her bestfriend was well aware how much she hated being pranked upon. Once upon a time, Nora used to be the biggest prankster of all. However, when one of her pranks she made had gone wrong, she realised how much of an enormous price she had to pay for it.

This book is a wonderful blend of drama , love and reality . I'd say this book is perfect for anyone who is questioning his/her life choices in terms of a relationship and is also a casual reading pleasure. Would rate the book a sweet 10/10 .

What a great book - well written with minimal errors. So many emotions. Lots of twists and turns. It was hard to put the book down because the storyline was captivating. Love the ending. Definitely worth reading.

Vengeful Kiss

Vengeful Kiss

I tell her, exhaling as we walk out. “ Pranks against clubs is one of the biggest crimes in Kingsville Academy. The school is very serious about this things. He or she would definitely get expelled. I can’t believe someone actually did this to us. No matter how much I don’t like Lana, I’ve got to admit she’s one of the best cheerleaders we’ve got. This away game is also a chance for our nationals. I’m so pissed off right now. The stupid idiot who dared to do this is going to get it from me.” Crap. I gulp and nod.

THE CHOSEN ONE : The last Alpha

THE CHOSEN ONE : The last Alpha

Kael would say, trying to drill some sense into Lyall's head. But Lyall would just shrug and grin. "What's the point, Kael? Life's too short to be boring. Let's go have some fun!" Kael would sigh and shake his head, but Lyall could tell he was secretly amused by Lyall's antics. One day, Lyall and his friends decided to play a prank on the village elder. They snuck into his office and replaced his chair with a whoopee cushion. When the elder sat down, the whoopee cushion let out a loud farting sound, and the elder jumped up in surprise.

I said. He glanced at me, a flicker of surprise in his eyes, then waved over the waiter, ordering a double vodka for me and an espresso for himself. “I need alcohol to process this reality,” I said quickly, cutting him off before he could comment. “This is a first, getting pranked through Tinder. And the mastermind are teenager?” Julian chuckled softly, his laugh low and rich. “Kids these days are creative. Unfortunately, they don’t always use that creativity wisely.”

Shelter

Ponjie widened his eyes from surprise and froze on the spot. “...” While Fruto feigned his calm. “Hi, I can see that you’re lost. I take it that you two are freshmen? I am your senior and I can guide you inside.” The senior smiled and laughed at their expressions. The other two, however, did not find it funny. “W-what? Senior? How did you– Why did you– Is this a prank?” Ponjie frantically searched for the hidden cameras. “Hi, Senior.” Fruto cleared his throat, narrowly avoiding a voice crack. “Where is the entrance?”

Faking It With The CEO

Faking It With The CEO

‘You and your sickening rules! ‘That’s not going to look good on your personal record,’ Stan let out a low wolf whistle. ‘Shut up!’ I snapped at him. Father didn’t say anything at first, his expression calm. James Hart was the only person I knew who could be dying from multiple gunshots, but still kept a perfectly calm expression. Too bad I didn’t inherit that gift. ‘I think this meeting should be adjourned since we all want to turn it towards sentimental issues,’ he put on his glasses and left the office to just me and Stan.

Faking It With My stepbrother

Faking It With My stepbrother

"We’re doing this my way." "And what way is that? The 'get stabbed in an alley' way?" I pulled a small, leather-bound ledger from the inside pocket of my jacket. It was my insurance policy—the "Black Book" of Harrington Academy. I’d spent three years collecting the secrets of every board member's kid. Who was cheating, who was skimming from the tuition fund, and exactly which Senator’s son was buying his "supplements" from the Skulls. "I’m going to make a phone call," I said, my voice cold and calculated. "To Chief Miller. He’s a Harrington alum. His daughter is currently in a video she really doesn't want her Ivy League scouts to see."

ALPHAS of the PEAK

ALPHAS of the PEAK

I watched the spectacle with a grin, not turning back to the males until the group had vanished into the night. I finally looked down at Harrison, who was staring up at me with an expression of wide-eyed, absolute shock. I began to wonder if I’d pushed the prank too far. "You did not just douse Nadia Rahman in fermented berries," Grant said, his palms flat on the table as he stared at me in stunned silence. "Um, I’m fairly certain that was the trajectory," I said, my delight beginning to waver into uncertainty. Silence hung over the table like a heavy mist for a long moment. But then, Grant reached over, hauled me off Harrison’s lap and into his own, and I realized I had just become a legend

The Undercover Billionaire Beside Me

The Undercover Billionaire Beside Me

I turned to see a senior staff member berating a junior man who looked exhausted from carrying several heavy boxes of blank paper. "You were supposed to put them there! Why on earth did you go to the third floor? If you want to play hide-and-seek, don't do it here!" the senior man snapped impatiently. "I’m sorry, Sir. No one told me the exact location. They told me the seventh floor, then it was moved to the third, but it turned out to be on the first," the man explained softly. It was crystal clear that he was being bullied and pranked by the other seniors.
