The warrior with the spear moved like lightning, striking the Boulder. His voice screamed madness; his movements were agile. Boulder was hit in the stomach and then cut across his face again. “Arghhh!” The Boulder shouted, trying to swing his mace one last time. But the lean warrior struck against his hand, sending his weapon flying. Boulder crashed on the ground with a thud. The sand particles danced in the air all around him.

The bear roars and lunges forward. Evren and Luca sprint toward me. They position themselves protectively at my sides. Evren bares his canine teeth and his growl vibrates from their chest, raw and sharp. Luca’s eyes flicker into molten gold as he lets out an aura that only a powerful aura can possess. The bear stiffens at the sound and the feel of their immense and almost suffocating aura. It doesn’t take another minute before the beast steps back, then turns and bolts into the trees.

Aiden, who had been in the middle of drinking, spat his drink out in shock. A long silence stretched between us before I finally exhaled slowly. I took a slow step forward, then another, until I stood between his wide-spread legs, feeling the weight of his gaze roam over me. His eyes gleamed with mischief, amusement, and something darker, something unreadable. “My Mini Bear,” he murmured, his lips curling into a smug smile. I tore my gaze away from him and looked around, suddenly hyperaware of the audience we had drawn. “What!!!” I exclaimed, wide-eyed.

He’s going to get his second chance to tell us how and what transpired between him and the bear” Aeson divulged as he walked Cace down to his room. “The bear isn’t just any normal breed of bear. It’s a rare breed and the claws are very sharp to have done much damage in a short period, it’s either the bear was being controlled by someone, or Ras’s wolf was weakened in the process of the fight.”The Healer divulged as he walked back into the room to check on Ras.

Xavier was surprised he was able to make it out of the room in one piece. Damien growls as he stomps toward Reid.
