Bimbo Picking Up Book Novels & Stories

My note is missing. The discovery stuns me and the book falls. I pick it, shake it, flip the pages but there is nothing. No note. Closing my eyes, I inhale and exhale slowly. This doesn’t mean anything, it means nothing. Someone else might have taken it, it might have fallen off and the cleaners swept it. I jam the novel close and shove it back to its rightful spot. After wiping my palms on my jeans, I begin my walk of shame out of the library.

He tried repeating his motions for the umpteenth time but he didn't catch anything else, therefore, he decided to give up on the quest and resume his clumsy book search. I walked to the library and sat next to the window, I looked at my project and now I need to find some books. I walked through the bookshelfs and search for the architect section. I'm looking for a watertank and some electric placement book. I looked through every book clearly and oh there it is. I tried to reach it but I can't. It's on the top of the bookshelf, I need to take a ladder. I walked away to grab the ladder. I got back to the architect section again and I put the ladder to reach the book but the book is gone. Suddenly I found the book on the middle shelf, I looked around. I guess someone must have been taking it and put it there.

"Yes. One needs to push that book in order for this library to move. A row of stairs downward would appear behind this. But for us, there's no need for that." It was cut into, with a smaller book hidden within that took up the rest of the page space underneath. She carefully pulled it out. It was an old brown leather cover with brownish pages. A pretty old book. She gently set down Bigfoot and opened the book, instantly getting sucked in.

Peeking around the room, I ensure no one is in sight. Climbing onto the chair next to the bookshelf, I run my fingers along the spines of the books. Jessica told me that it would be the one with no writing. Finally, I find it. An old tattered book that has clearly been looked through a thousand times. Standing on my tiptoes, I carefully pull the book off the shelf and slide down onto the chair.
