Dragon Lizards were rare creatures, and not many knew of their existence. Though, rumors of them roaming about persisted throughout. Not even the most skilled fighters would dare cross this beast. ‘Spirits and Alchemists can’t even take on seven-tiered beasts, much less an Agile!’ Zephyr thought. He had to run, and fast. His body trembled in fear, he did not expect to meet such a monster in such a place. Zephyr ignited Lightfoot, preparing to speed away. “If this thing gets out, all of Ahi will be in trouble!”

“How about Griga? What kind of dragon she is?” Rieska put her hand below her chin. “Griga is unique. She is the only crossbreed of the four.” “That’s pretty cool! I want one like Griga.” His eyes looked dreamy. If she gave him a dragon, he would use it to be stronger. The queen shook her head. “Sad to say, Griga is the only dragon of her kind.” “I see, then I’ll fly my own. Soon I will train to fly using my wings.”

Drakes. A type of dragon that is smaller in size and cannot fly. Drakes are considered a lower class dragon due to their traits, including their lesser strength as well. Even so, they are still dragons and are incredibly powerful compared to the common species. Even the lowest of them are at least B class monsters. Earth drakes, in particular, have much a tankier build with larger body mass.

I commanded standing up, running a hand through my long dark locks. "Your majesty," they replied bowing all at the same time. They had a tendency of doing things at the same time because of their connection. Together they became one. We dragons did not all look the same. In fact we were all very different from one another. There were many types and kinds of dragons. Hydra for example was my right hand man or rather men. Born quadruplets, their brains had a deep connection to one another. They were some kind of telepaths, communicating to each other using there minds even if they were a thousand miles away from each other.

Her mom scolded but Bree still had her glittering eyes pleading Dylan for an answer to her request already. A little smile curled up Dylan's lips as his body movement moved the treasures burying him out of the way. His large wings that had covered up his side slowly moved out of the way, exposing a smaller heap of treasures now holding the most precious dragon babies they had ever seen. Sound and fast asleep. While their bodies took on the human form, their little horns and tails still stuck out as clear as day. Two of them holding Kyle's curly brown, and the other two having Dylan's blond.

The dual element wielder gathered her magic to her feet letting her stand firmly on the ground despite the shaking of the earth. When the dragon emerged from the forest, Sophia was beyond awestruck. Where Elijah was black and the epitome of darkness and fire itself, this dragon’s scales were elegant and shimmering in gold under the rays of the sun. Peaceful heaven. It reminded me of my desire to fly freely in the sky without needing to camouflage my massive frame. It reminded me of what it was like when dragons could just be...dragons: four-legged creatures of pure muscle and power and not what we were now, reduced to bipedal walkers and with limited chances to transform.

Near the opening, Kohlxchijr transformed back into his dragon form to gain ground away from the caves in case any of the enemy lurked nearby, his wings bursting through his back and his body growing. Bones cracked and moved into place, muscles and flesh stretched. His skin morphed into hardened dragon scales. He panted, waiting to catch his breath for a moment. For some reason, it was always more physically demanding to change into the dragon, the form he remained in most of his almost twenty-one years, than it was to shrink down into a man.

There, he caught sight of skeletal remains submerged in the water. Near the bones lay a segmented body covered in scales, exuding a chilling metallic sheen. It was unmistakably a powerful monster. "A Black Dragon," Chase murmured. Black Dragons, also known as flood dragons, were a hybrid born of dragons and water beasts. It was said that a Black Dragon's body was nearly indestructible—impenetrable by blades or weapons. "If I could capture a Black Dragon, it'd be a significant gain," Chase mused as his lips curled into a faint smile. A glimmer of greed flickered in his eyes.

Jasper said with a shocked look on his face. “This is what I basically did in the unit,” I said and they all looked at me with new respect in their eyes. I led the girls outside and we got them safely in the cars and Abeloth separated from me again. Bazzoit was standing next to Lucas and together our dragons made quick work of the house after we’d dragged the four vampires inside. “I’ll fly back with you,” Lucas said as he climbed up Bazzoit’s leg. I climbed on top of Abeloth and he took off into the night air. Lucas and I couldn’t talk to each other but I knew the two dragons were communicating.
