Bitten by Fate

Bitten by Fate

Stella nodded only half believing what she said. Stella was talking and laughing with Nep when James returned, he let them know that the rest of the pack had already left for their pack run on the opposite side of the pack house to give Stella space for her first shift and not overwhelm her. Stella stood up to walk towards James as she felt the wave of need and lust flow through her when she caught his sent properly for the first time, it was salivating she could smell a almost coffee aroma with hints of pineapple her absolute favourite fruit. When the heat hit her, like a hot poker hitting every bone in her body at once, she fell to one knee gasping for breath when she felt James’ hand on h

Whispers an Bone's

It’s been days and I haven’t left the house or answered my phone, it’s been days and I haven’t moved and inch from the spot in sitting in, I've been sitting in the same potion with my back to the wall facing the bedroom door as if at any second they’ll come crashing in and drag me to hell for what I've done to them. “Christopher” echo’s around me bouncing off the white walls around me “CHRISSSS”comes the hissing sound of another voice as it calls out to me, I know their not here I buried them, I watched their blood stain my hands, I watched their eyes and the life they held faded away. I watched as I covered them with dirt as I stood over them watching them disappear with every shovel full o

Blood and Bones

Blood and Bones

The back is almost entirely open, the lace framing bare skin all the way down to the base of the spine. My mother draws a breath. Maeve Callahan says, quietly, from her armchair: "that's the one." Siobhan makes a sound that is approximately "I knew it" in a single syllable. I put it on. I stand in front of the mirror for a long time. %e lace is intricate and dark, the red so deep it reads almost as a threat in certain light. The train pools behind me. The back is bare in a way I've never allowed myself to be in public — not because I was ashamed, but because I was

Bitter Heart

Bitter Heart

Now that I looked at the envelope, it really was addressed to me, Skylar Anderson. Focusing on the paper, I started reading the words imprinted on it. Meet me behind Chriswood Street after midnight. - B.M I read those same words twice, a confused look forming on my face. Those were the only words written on that entire paper. What was that even supposed to mean? I didn't know who B.M was supposed to be, and even if I had heard about the Chriswood Street, I knew how much sketchy that place could be around midnights.

Okay it was a good story but I am still really confused. Why did BM get her to sneak out (and ultimately start her meet-cute) When she asked him about it, he said because I needed to make sure it was you…Or something But it was never really explained.

great read, got myself pulled right into this amazing story. there is love, action, intense twists and more. the ending could have more details on what exactly happened and also there is still this untold mystery of the metal discs and the crystal...would love to read a sequel ...

BITTER-SWEET REVENGE

BITTER-SWEET REVENGE

Grateful, even. Instead, I felt… hollow. The food had been perfect—luxurious and comforting all at once. But the seat across from me had stayed empty. Josh hadn’t come back. He hadn’t even called. Stop it, I scolded myself. You knew what this was. Still, something about the way he sent that meal—without asking, without boasting—gnawed at me. I didn’t know what it meant. Maybe nothing. My phone lit up again. Silver: You awake? Because I need to tell you about this man’s obsession with crystals and why I think he might be cursed.

Wolfsbane in My Bones: I'll Never Look Back

Wolfsbane in My Bones: I'll Never Look Back

Cyrus leaned down, his cold breath brushing my ear as he threatened, "You refuse to apologize, huh? Then you'll go hungry and thirsty until you admit your fault." Beside him, Sophia clapped her hands and laughed. "Alpha Cyrus, don't waste your breath. If she's not dying, she can endure it." With that, they turned and left. The cabin door slammed shut behind them, and they locked me in. Wolfsbane spread through my veins, turning my skin a faint purple. As my consciousness blurred, only one thought remained—I'd make Cyrus and Sophia bleed for this.

Beautiful & Battered

Beautiful & Battered

"I'm tired of reminding you to work on your grades, Nio." I look at Mr. B.M Harrison's wide and dark face and he surely looks tired. He lets out an exasperated sigh and his small brown ears, which sticks out rather oddly, drop with hopelessness for me. I wonder why he even cares for my grades so much in the first place. But then being a teacher, he got to care about his students.

Her Bitter Rescue

Her Bitter Rescue

I undress and look at myself in the mirror for a few seconds. My body has changed a bit. It's been months since I've been trying to eat better and even though I struggle some days, I’m still better. Suddenly I'm more than just bones, my face looks more alive and my cheeks have color. My ribs are not marked and my legs are not just bones. I'm still small and maybe I'll never finish growing, but at least I don't look like a skeleton now. I'm standing in front of my clothes trying to decide what I'm going to wear today when my phone starts ringing. I practically run to it because it must be important. Whoever it is, it has to be important.

Bitter Marriage: The Missing Gleam in Their Eyes

Bitter Marriage: The Missing Gleam in Their Eyes

It was unfamiliar to her, not the type of reading she liked. “You don't know, do you? This is a novel by Michael Scott. What I have in my hands is the sixth book in The Secret of The Immortal Nicholas Flames series, which is entitled The Enchantress,” Adrian continued to explain even though the title of the book was clearly written on the front page, making Diana laugh. “Why are you laughing?” “Nothing.” Diana stifled an amused chuckle. “It's just that the book isn't my type.” “Oh, of course. You're a fan of dark romance readings from the past, the story of a nanny who falls in love with her cold, cruel and heartless master but is actually romantic.” Adrian sneered. “Typical female reading.”
