Black The Origin Chapter 37: Stepping out. It was a busy street in the Arzona Capital. At the market, lots of tourists and citizens have preoccupied the streets. Standing to his right is a brown and grey wolf slightly smaller in height and not as muscular, possibly his Beta. My wolf starts stalking towards them and even though I am protesting she wants him. As I get closer he shifts back then the other wolf turns I realise he is giving us some privacy.

Because he was open about not liking them from the start they did not look bothered at all. I called for alcohol and what not to make it look like a party. The others being clueless help sell the cover story. We got there and we explained everything, to say they wanted blood would be a lie. These men were all dressed in black with heavy weapons walking on the yellowing fields or driving up and down the road in black SUVs through the valley that the autumn had dressed for the coming season in its most vibrant earthy hues. Alpha Gray explained to Nueva that these men were from the Moonfall pack and had been lent to him by Alpha Miles to help out with the growing number of Rogue lurking outside the White Creek territory. Nueva felt like she was living in a warzone, but Alpha Gray assured her it was necessary for keeping everyone safe.
