After hanging up the phone, Arielle took out her notebook and took it to the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, she opened her notebook. This is a heavy-looking notebook. Compared with the thin and light ones, it is not beautiful at all. It looks like an old antique. Anyone who looks at it will think it is worthless. But, otherwise, this notebook works extremely fast, and it contains some things that ordinary people have never seen before.

said the man with him. “What time is it now?” the man asked, looking at the cover of his black notebook. 21:21 written in golden letters on the black leather cover turned into 21:22. “We still have some time. Let’s grab something to eat,” the man said, dragging the other with him. It was then I noticed that almost everyone roaming on those streets had one such pocket notebook. It was the size of a mobile phone and probably was the phone of Blank Space. Anyway, I had the information I needed.

"It's fine. Open it and see. It's nothing expensive. I just think it's important—very important—to both of us." Calla opened the box hesitantly. As expected, there was no jewelry or watch—nothing valuable—inside. It was a small notebook. She held the notebook with trembling hands and slowly opened it. The pages were filled with neatly written words that repeated over and over again—'It's okay'. Page after page, it was the same words. The entire notebook was filled with them. The handwriting was not only neat, almost like it had been printed, but even the spacing was perfectly consistent. It was hard to believe this had been written by hand.

The first thing I noticed was the notebook. Soft leather. Ivory-colored. Elegant but simple. My fingers brushed across the cover, and my heart skipped when I saw the gold foil lettering pressed perfectly into the surface. A.D. My initials. How were they able to do that! I slowly opened it, running my thumb along the thick cream pages. The paper felt expensive…smooth, almost silky. The kind of notebook you wouldn’t want to ruin with messy sketches. The kind that made you want to draw something worthy of it.

Julian's POV She gave me the fourth notebook on a Tuesday. Left it with the doorman in an envelope with my name on it, no note inside. Just the notebook. Dark blue cover, softer than the green one, edges worn from being carried around. I read it in one sitting.

He flipped through it, and every page of the notebook was filled with words, written neatly and elegantly. He turned his head and said, "Mom, I found a notebook!" Yasmine had just finished blow-drying his hair. She turned off the switch and placed it on the countertop, then took the notebook from Layne's hand. This is a pink notebook that is approximately three centimeters thick, with a matte leather cover and a very good texture. Yasmine opened it, and on the title page it said, "To my beloved daughter." The time was recorded four years ago.

Instead, I opened the drawer on the far end table. Inside, there was nothing but a small leather-bound notebook. That… surprised me. I didn’t remember putting it there. I lifted it, running my hand over the cover. My name wasn’t on it. There were no identifying marks. I hesitated, then opened it to the first page. Blank. Second page—also blank. But the third page wasn’t. It was written in blocky, impatient strokes. Not my handwriting. Not neat. It said: "Do you remember anything unusual in the two weeks after you left Linderman’s house?"

"Shrina ..." She held up a hand. "I know. You're with Zander. It was just odd." She pulled out a notebook and opened it. "Anyway, I found some weird stuff written in this yesterday and wanted to ask you about it." I bent toward the notebook. A picture of a dark shape, kind of like a monster with its mouth gaping open was expertly illustrated across its lined pages, but I didn't understand its significance. I gave her questioning look. "So?" "This was Bobby's notebook. Look again." She shoved the notebook closer to my face.
