Angelica stood about ten feet away from them, her body covered in brilliant orange flames, wind whipping all around the crumbling city. I opened my mouth to yell for her to run when tornadoes began to drop all over the city. My eyes widened as her orange flames turned blue and white. What little had been left of her clothes quickly burned away, followed by her skin and muscle, until she was nothing more than a flaming skeleton.

If looks could kill, Tess could have been pierced dead with his cold gaze. Tess just bowed her head and remained quiet the whole time while Breiy clenched his hand to a tight ball to compose himself from his anger.

Blaze continued, his tone steady. “A Prime with all four elements doesn’t anchor to one point.”

I frowned, studying the photo again. “No, this isn’t just some random picture. It’s laminated, Blaze. Look at it.” At my insistence, he finally looked up. The second his eyes landed on the photo, his entire demeanor shifted. His posture stiffened, and his eyes widened in surprise, maybe even alarm.
