Angel of the Lycan King

Angel of the Lycan King

"I can extinguish even the brightest flames." As Shadowmaster spoke, the darkness intensified, threatening to engulf Claire entirely. But she refused to surrender. She closed her eyes and reached deep within herself, summoning the inner fire that burned brightly within her soul. With a burst of determination, Claire unleashed a surge of flames, illuminating the surroundings and pushing back against the suffocating darkness. The radiant light revealed the path ahead, exposing Shadowmaster's lair and his sinister intentions. "You may wield darkness, Shadowmaster, but I am the embodiment of fire," Claire declared, her voice resonating with an unwavering resolve. "And where there is light, darkn

she said softly, “is my flame. But it can be yours too—if you come with me. If you breathe with me. If you see with me.” Damian stepped to her side. He didn’t speak. He only touched her hand—and in that touch lived the whole morning, the whole world. The others formed a ring again—no longer merely beside one another, but around Sky. Not to shield her. To build belief. Because now they had seen what the Shadow World never wanted them to see: It isn’t light that defeats darkness. It’s the flame that doesn’t burn out. The flame that lives in hearts. The flame that can turn back what was lost.

Silent Flame

Silent Flame

“Then we do this together.” Celeste nodded. “The first fire will be named. The justification dismantled. And the pattern broken.” Outside, the city lights flickered on as evening settled. The world continued, unaware of the history written into ash beneath its feet. Evelyn looked once more at the folder on the table. Fires. Names. Lies framed as necessity. The first fire had been lit in fear. This time, the truth would burn instead. And it would not stop until the pattern was gone.

The White Wolf Luna

The White Wolf Luna

The Flame was gone, but its whisper lingered, soft and cold, a single word: Again. The world was theirs. But the fire was not done. And from the horizon, a new light rose, not gold, not white, but red, pulsing with a hunger that knew their names, their choices, their everything.

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

Unknown As Flameheart stood in the dimly lit room, shadows flickered ominously against the walls, swirling like dark tendrils. Outside, dark clouds began to gather, casting a heavy gloom over Sunshine City. The air crackled with an unsettling energy, and one by one, the people around him fell into a deep slumber, the weight of the impending storm claiming them as its own. Only Flameheart remained awake, his heart racing, sensing that something momentous was about to unfold.

Enslaved to the Mad Alpha

Enslaved to the Mad Alpha

Which meant she knew something I didn't. The realization made me uneasy. Very uneasy. Finally exhaustion began pulling me under. My eyes grew heavy. My thoughts became blurry. And eventually... Sleep claimed me. --- I found myself standing in darkness. Cold darkness. The kind that swallowed sound. For a moment, I couldn't see anything. Then fire appeared. A single flame. Floating in the air before me. Tiny. Beautiful. Dangerous. I stared at it. The flame flickered. Then another appeared. And another. And another.

The Hated Mate (Lycan and his Lover Book 2)

The Hated Mate (Lycan and his Lover Book 2)

“This is Blaz Flame. This kind of fire can burn a person even if they are in armor.” “There are different kinds of fires?” Anna frowns. “A dragon can create three kinds of fires,” Lavi explains. “In human form, we can create the Blaz Flame and the Cold Flame. Cold Flame is the regular kind of fire which we see in every household. It can burn down a human but supernatural creatures can recover from it. A Blaz Flame is more dangerous. Any area burnt with this flame will result in instant death. Luckily, this flame does not have a long range. It is only for enemies who are up close.”

Whoa tae tea. You are outdoing yourself in this book. Loving the book so far and the interactions between the ML and FL. They are so feisty together during this “hate” phase. I’m excited for more background and how they start to fall in love. Read this book pls, it’s so good. Writing is superb.

A wonderful companion to it’s predecesor. The story is a fantasy dark romance but in a good way. It’s done so well even Shakespeare would approve lol it’s full of hate love and adventure. Watch out Lord of the rings you have competition with this wonderful writer.

Bound Wolf, Burning Heart

Bound Wolf, Burning Heart

And this time— The memory wasn’t peaceful. It wasn’t gentle. It burned. --- Darkness. Not the absence of light. But something that *consumed* it. A presence. Hungry. Endless. And within it— A fragment. One of the pieces of the Flame. But twisted. Changed. Not broken— But *warped*. Rose’s breath caught. “…him.” The Flame pulsed once. *Yes.* Anger flared through her. “He wasn’t supposed to be like that.” *He chose differently.*

The Lunar Queen's Redemption

The Lunar Queen's Redemption

He hit the ground hard, his growl of frustration muffled by the swirling storm of shadows. Selene’s breath came in short, sharp bursts. The Void whispered to her, its voice a chorus of lost souls, of forgotten nightmares. "You are mine… you were always meant to belong to the darkness…" “No!” Selene roared, her golden eyes flashing as she summoned every ounce of her strength. The Lunar Flame ignited within her, blazing through her veins like liquid fire. The shadows recoiled at the searing light, hissing and writhing as she pushed back against their suffocating grip.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ending of 'Dark Flame' really left me reeling—it’s one of those books where everything you thought you knew gets flipped upside down. The protagonist, who’s been grappling with this dark power throughout the story, finally reaches a breaking point. Instead of succumbing to it, they make this huge sacrifice to seal the flame away, but the cost is heartbreaking. Their closest ally ends up taking the fall for them, and the final scene is this bittersweet moment where the protagonist walks away, forever changed but finally free.

What stuck with me was how the author didn’t shy away from ambiguity. You’re left wondering if the flame is truly gone or just dormant, and whether the protagonist’s choices were worth it. It’s the kind of ending that lingers, making you flip back to earlier chapters to piece together clues you might’ve missed.
