ASHER’S POV The unexpected sight of the witch, Tacha, sent a jolt of surprise through me. Her ageless beauty, as haunting as a moonlit night, was still intact. Her eyes, twin pools of otherworldly luminescence, bore into mine, and I wondered how many souls had been ensnared by their hypnotic gaze. But, thankfully, she wasn’t the flame that attracted my moth. Tacha was a venomous viper disguised as a harmless dove, and only a fool would mistake her for anything less than what she truly is - a witch.

Her voice took on a muted tone as she continued, “…there were a couple of times your wolves didn’t even notice us. We’d be camping in the forest and a patrol team would race by.” “Do you think that’s how the blood witch is escaping our notice?” Asher asked from across the table. I noticed how he tried to tone down the command in his voice, but it was there, nonetheless. Tessa didn’t seem phased by that fact. If anything, from the way she tilted her chin, she seemed used to being given orders. “No. If she’s truly here in your pack, then she’s hiding in plain sight. Surrounding herself with a bunch of protectors to hide her whereabouts…it’s not really her style.” Tessa cringed.

BLINDED BY REVENGE CHAPTER ONE Bellona had the same terrifying dream again. She saw her parents being pursued and then killed right in front of her. Their blood flowed on the ground as their blank eyes stared up at her. Their killer who wore a mask pointed at her. "You are next!" he said menacingly. Bellona woke up. Her heart was pounding very fast and she still felt the fear that she had felt in her dream. She got up from bed and went to drink water.

Being a seer is a rare ability and the wolves would kill t have someone like me on their team. He came here in the afternoon, just when I was about to enjoy the afternoon tea with my daughter, Tasha. Tasha was also a seer but her powers are barely there. “Cassie,I need your help.” “You do not like small talk, little brother.” I placed the tea back to its saucer and looked at my daughter.” Tasha, go upstairs and do your homework, you will resume training when Uncle Clayton is done harassing his older sister.” I smiled. Tasha loved her uncle and went ahead to hug him. The two had been inseparable and close since they have met.

I mouthed 'what,' but she only stared at me with a harsh scowl. We were immersed in complete silence when she started cleaning my wounds. She was so near me that I could smell her sweet scent already. She's focusing on what she's doing while I keep my focus on her and her features. Her almond eyes have orbs of icy blue like the sea. It has this beautiful blue tone that makes me want to sink my soul into them and be forever a shipwreck. Her tiny lips, long eyelashes, and ruddy cheeks all add to her allure. I see beauty with no disguise just by looking at her. I looked away. After all, Tasha is an addiction that I must resist at all costs. "Done," she announced and placed the kit beside her.

I shut my spirits down, I didn't want to hear them whine and take over me again. They were on time out. But still, I could not shake the feeling that maybe I had allowed myself to be played by Olivia. I stood up quickly and began to walk out, then I saw Tasha… a cute she wolf I had noted to fuck soon but I guess I forgot about it. She walked towards me with a glass of water and bowed before me. Her pink hair was tied in a pony tail, her long lashes nearly hit her cheeks when she blinked. She was beautiful, but not as beautiful as Olivia.

Calder was pacing outside and immediately stopped, rushing to her. “How is he?” Astasha swallowed as she looked up at him. “We’ve given him herbs to help him sleep. But…” She looked down, closing her eyes for a moment. “He… he’ll never see again, Cal. The fucking demon blinded him.” He tipped her face toward his. “This is not your fault, Tasha. I can feel the darkness consuming you over it, but you can’t give in to it. I promise you, we will make that piece of shit pay for everything it’s done.”

He slows down the car making her sigh in relief. But, it is too late now and suddenly they see a big container coming towards them. Sook-Ja yelps loudly as she feels the car being hit and she closes her eyes tightly waiting for impact.

Taylor starts crying and Tasha glares at her again her lips almost disappearing as she presses them tightly together “I am mated to one of them”

She felt like a part of her had been ripped away and she didn't know how to move on. The night was a blur of tossing and turning for Tasha. She woke up in the middle of the night, feeling suffocated by the memories of her and Blake. She got up and went to the bathroom, hoping the cool water of the shower would calm her down. Tasha stood under the water and cried until she couldn't anymore. END OF FLASHBACK
