Rio shouted. Kent stopped him in his tracks as he stomped on his left leg, crushing it beneath his boot heel, a scream emitted from the man below as he started to bleed out. Rio tried to cling to life as he reached the remains of his Avatar, reaching his hand out to grasp it, he felt something grab him by the neck instead as he got slammed repeatedly upon the fallen pillar.

It fell sideways with a loud crash, slamming into the floor and dragging her down with it. Pain exploded through her shoulder and hip as she hit the ground. A cry tore from her throat before she could stop it. Avatar spun around. “What the hell...” She didn’t wait. She rolled clumsily, struggling against the ropes, scraping her skin against the cold concrete. Her eyes searched wildly, scanning the room through tears and panic.
