The high-ranking officials are mostly the creatures and only a handful are human while the servants are all humans. So far, I found out that there are werewolves, vampires, demons, elves, fairies, ogres and giants. Surprisingly, unlike what earth pictured them, the creatures of Eldoria are mostly gorgeous people.
