she replies. We walked towards my room. My room was as big as Evelyn's room but less extravagant. My room was simple with a modern touch. The room has a small sitting place with a sofa set, a dressing table and a big chandelier hanging in the middle of the room. My room is blue and white in color. Blue was never my favourite color but i choose this color because it reminded me of him. His beautiful blue eyes. I bite my lips when i remembered those blue eyes. "Blue was never your favourite color " Eve asked.

Reyan answered, feeling sleepy due to the warm atmosphere inside the carriage, as if everything outside is at peace – to which it is actually the exact opposite. “Hail is having a nightmare.” Blue said as he opened his eyes. “’nightmares’?” Reyan muttered as his sleepiness disappeared. Mommy used to tell me that Nightmare is an evil spirit formerly thought to oppress people while they were sleeping. It causes people to experience bad things in their dreams. Yuan used to get annoyed whenever I cry and wet the bed because I had a bad dream. Mom and Dad will come to me and let me sleep in their room.

Nightmares: “Arkyn.” She was calling to him again. He groaned. He was sick of seeing her face. He was sick of the torment. He was in darkness; it always started this way. It was as if her feet were in an invisible lake of quicksand, sinking fast. When she tried to look around, all she saw was the forest or herself in it. She realized that she could no longer see herself clearly. It was as if someone was painting her picture onto the back of her eyelids, making her blindfolded. Or maybe it's not her eyes that are blindfolded. Maybe everything around her is just painted by itself. She wondered what color her eyes would be when she woke up after this nightmare. Her hazel-blue eyes are black. Maybe black means 'dark' or 'darkness'. She couldn't remember the word.

My nightmares had only one monster ––Alpha James–– and if he isn't slashing me with a whip in one, he's slicing my skin off my body in the other. But for the first time, I slept peacefully, and the peaceful sleep bore a beautiful dream filled with bright full moons glazing over grass fields at night and beautiful night stars and my red hair flowing freely with the night breeze in it and a particular blue-eyed creature serving as the cherry on top of my dream. Try as I may deny it, his blue eyes have been the subject of my dreams.

Blue could stand for peace, healing, growth, development, intelligence, power, or communication.
