Adrian POV I drove us to Carmichael's, a harbour-front restaurant in a converted warehouse that served comfort food. Wood-panelled walls, leather banquettes, a chalkboard menu, and a kitchen that could make you forget whatever had gone wrong before you walked through the door. I requested the back-corner booth, away from windows and other diners. Evelyn slid into the banquette and studied the menu with the focus of a woman who hadn't eaten since the previous evening and was trying to maintain some dignity about it.

Arrya places her order for the waitress for Damien to just sit and watch her. He knows his wife's appetite was not this large so he's quite surprised. The ripples were like the water lines on the blue sky, dreamy and dazzling. The three big words, "Sky Blue Restaurant", radiated a dazzling light from afar. This was a popular restaurant in A city. Many of its customers were successful people in the city. It was said that the women that came with the male customers were rarely their wives. The women that came here were usually rich and would spend a lot of money. They came here just to find love. It would be too insulting to say that they were the mistresses.

Nevena walked in and occupied a seat by the towering windows, she ordered a coffee and positioned her eyes on the vibrant street.
