Beautiful Boy
It was as if he was a completely different person, and my heart clenched as I remembered the looks of everyone around; terrified, uncertain, even scared.
Ironically, the rain starts to fall and I huff, quickening my pace. This was just great. My hair was no shrunken, and to top it off, I didn’t have any clothes on. The rain mixes with my salty tears, and I set my head straight when a familiar vehicle shows up beside me.
“Get in!” He yells over the rain and I ignore him. “Damn it Loa, just get in the truck it’s raining.”
I continue to ignore Samuel, walking even faster and he stops the truck, getting out.
