BOUND TO THE MAFIA LORD [BOOK 1 OF ‘ENTANGLED’ SERIES]

BOUND TO THE MAFIA LORD [BOOK 1 OF ‘ENTANGLED’ SERIES]

[I’ve waited so long for this day. My body jerked, and I stretched, fighting him off with all the strength I had. All efforts were futile, and I grew weak, already exhausted after I felt him spread my legs to get in between. He grunted, fingers tracing my thighs. My eyes caught sight of his half-empty glass on the bedside table, and I knew I had to do something. “Spread your legs open, Bambola.” Hearing him call me that stupid name irritated my stomach. “This is what Salvatore tried to keep away from me. He tried to have you all to himself, but—‘’

The Billionaire's Bargain

The Billionaire's Bargain

“My name is Alex." Immediately, a cold feeling rushed over me. My chest tightened and my eyes widened in terror. And then my secretary rushed in. “You have a visitor, ma. He said he's Alex, your friend." NELSON'S POV After eternity seemed to have passed, with me glued to the spot, talking to Amelia, I finally turned to leave. My legs dragged against the marble floor as I walked away. My shoulders slumped, despite every attempt to keep them at the right place. "This partnership might just be the right one we need at the moment," Benita reared, trying to start a conversation.

The Nether Alchemist: Tales of a Necessary Evil

The Nether Alchemist: Tales of a Necessary Evil

He turned to Norval and gave him one last chance to back out, knowing well enough that Norval would never take the offer. “Before I finish this, I have one more question to ask you. How could you anticipate all of my attacks? Did you employ some sort of elixir that enabled you to read my thoughts?” He inquired. Norval was speechless, his hand twitching a little as he stared blankly. “Well, since I can't use it anymore, I might as well tell you,” he ultimately concluded." You see, I've read the full text of the Yulcites' Holy Book, which you all employ as a grimoire. I'm aware that the book is divided into six chapters, each of which is based on natural components. The first chapter deals wit

Befallen: A Herald's Tale (BL)

Befallen: A Herald's Tale (BL)

"We are allowed to open the letters but only for terrenes. Terrenes are the only entities in this universe who do not possess the capability to see the rest of us—although few can—so we have to open it for them. Still, the same rules apply; heralds will never know its contents." "Heralding seems cool," "You are only on the tip of the iceberg. Come, follow me." I brought him to my favorite part of the library called intra librum—it is the widest mini-section in the library. It was every Heralds favorite section in this building. This time around, no one's inside the room. "What is this? A bathroom-like library section?" asked Doom as we entered the room. Its dimension was the likes of terrene

Property of The Alpha

Property of The Alpha

I looked at the male and then Phillip, my mind falling behind in this game of catch-up. "That bitch got what she deserved, and so will her sons and her daughters and my fucking mutt of a brother too. If not by my hand, by someone else who has vowed to hunt down all of your freaks. You can't kill us all, Balthazar. You will never catch us all." Phillip rambled on like a psychopath. Balthazar stood up from behind the desk; he was tall and powerful. Something completely inhuman crossed his eyes as he stared down at Phillip.

Great book!!! Good plots with minimal grammatical mistakes that can be overlooked. Just wish the antagonists final battle could be more epic as it was kind of anticlimactic hence less half star. Will look out for the next book

Wow. Mrs.rie has done it again! Another fantastic book. I am so excited to see how this ends. I love that she included some characters from her previous series. Colette and Zane are such a power couple and I just love how badass everyone is! If you haven’t read this yet, what are you waiting for!!?

Forced Marriage With The Ruthless Alpha

Forced Marriage With The Ruthless Alpha

My eyes caught her figure before I could throw my question. Balthazar lay next to the ruins of his garden fountain. Part of his teenage body was covered by the remaining skeletons of his giant bookshelf while books from his library were scattered like the ocean that surrounded him. Dust and ash covered his entire body from the ends of his messy dark hair to the tips of his feet. A bruise adorned one cheek. In fact, he looks really ridiculous right now. But Balthazar didn't move from his spot in the slightest. He just lay down without making a sound, while his gaze fixed on the bright blue sky above. His eyes had returned to their original color.

I hope he's okay. "It is mine, father," I admitted sipping my wine again with a hint of amusement in my voice. "And that Balinese cat’s name is Luke. Chase gave him to me. He called it his... advance engagement present." I eye Lucas throughout my statement. Fuck. He isn't even scared one bit. His eyes were calm, he had this obnoxious grin on his face as he reached for the Caprese salad.

The Bookstore Temptation

The city sky had grown dark to a mellow gray, the kind that swathed everything in gentleness—buildings, trees, people. Rain still lingered in the air, shrouding the windows of **Chapter & Soul** in a soft mist. Inside, the world progressed more slowly, more softly. It was perfumed with old books, chamomile tea, and something sweet that Lena had baked and not labeled.

His ears turned red as he replied, "You're welcome. I just saw it and thought it was perfect for you, so I bought it." I put the bookmark away and winked at Marcus. "You're being awfully nice to me, Mr. Perfect. Don't tell me you have feelings for me?" He froze, his face burning red. "I-I don't—" I chuckled and rose to my feet. "Just kidding. It's getting late. I'd better head back." "Oh, okay." He nodded hastily. … By the time I stepped out of the library, dusk had already fallen. I hummed a little tune as I headed toward the dorms.

Phantom Elite Series Book 1

Phantom Elite Series Book 1

Matthew was out on deployment, and I was left with no one, only my thoughts and my burning rage for revenge. Buddha was the first to give me a hug. The rest of the team knew I needed time to sort through my thoughts, but there was nothing like a Buddha hug. Buddha, also known as Patrick Parsons, was a walking contradiction. He looked like the Rock with his bald bronze head, packed muscles, and tattoos cascading up his arms and all over his chest. He looked like a beast, but in reality, he was a gentle giant. Although his personality was soft. His artillery skills were one of the sharpest in the world. His knowledge for weapons and ammunition were out of this world.
