At that moment, Adam was sorting out documents in the study room when he stood up to pour himself a drink. Unexpectedly, his cigarette fell onto the carpet in the room and caused it to burn into the carpet. His attempt to put out the initially small flicker of flame was in vain as it grew. The fire gradually licked and engulfed everything flammable in the room: wooden furniture, bookshelves, books that lined up, and the curtains of the study room. “Someone, help!” Adam yelled frantically. “Fire! Help!”

Maybe the facade only looks small with the help of optical illusion. I didn't speak. I looked around and there were many books scattered there. There is also a cauldron over the fire inside the fireplace. Something was brewing and the ladle was spinning and mixing the liquid. I tried not to be amazed but even so, I was still amazed by everything I was seeing. "Sicario, is he the one you say is your grandson?" Merlin asked Grandpa. Grandpa smiled. He looks proud like I am some kind of a prized possession.

"I lost my unit in the first few days after The Burning, " Ben said, his voice barely above a whisper. I looked up at him, surprised. He never talked about his past. Not ever. "We were stationed near the coast when the first fires hit. Everything went to hell so fast. One minute we were evacuating civilians, the next..."

There was a fire outbreak In my area this week about five of my neighbors were burnt to death. It has been very traumatic. I am finding it hard to write. And since the fire was caused by the electricity, we don’t have light until further notice. I will re-edit the book when everything is better.

The walls shook, the ground rumbled, and rocks clattered everywhere around me. I placed my hands on my face, rubbing my burning eyes before slowly bringing them open. When my vision finally returned, I found the book surrounded with one of those circles with stars in the middle you'd see in horror movies. The shape was on fire, sending smoke all over the place. The fucking book was going to burn down my home. I gritted my teeth, shaking my head. “Not today, Satan!" I quickly rose from the ground and ran to the book as I took off my jacket from around me. Then, I draped it over the burning ground and began stomping on it in a bid to put the fire out.

Division 24 The man looked confused. "The deaths? It has been peaceful in this area." Beatrice frowned. "How so." She mumbled to see a figure leave the church through the other door close to a burner. "Ha! Something is burning." She said, and the father turned to have his eyes widened. They both walked to the pulpit of the church and behold a book was on the burner while the fiery fire burned. Father Jude had gone to bring water to quench the fire and when the fire that had been burning was quenched, Beatrice squinted her eyes to see that three of the books in the burner had burnt to ashes but one had not burned..not a single scratch on its body.

Then fell back into his unending abyss of silence. And while the fires licked out of control at Honeycomb Haven, spreading from the upright wooden box-hives to Cassie Patrick’s house and the outbuildings, the Gospel Book Store downtown blazed away itself like a beacon in the night—having been similarly torched—its hundreds of Bibles burning and melting, turning to holy ash inside the structure, before Glee Deadmond even had the chance to purchase a new one to replace her old.

“God, I hope I'm wrong.” * * * “He wasn’t wrong, was he?” Dylan asked. Bonnie shook her head. “It gets worse, though.” * * * She remembered the fire chief saying that the cause of the fire was her stove. He said that she'd placed a book too close to the gas cook-top and it had caught fire. She said that was impossible, but the fire investigator was adamant. She had put the book there. According to his report, she'd set the paperback copy of a book called, “You're Next” on the stove. It was a crime thriller by an author she'd never even heard of. She had told the police it wasn't her book, but there was no way to prove it.

"Perhaps keeping you alive was our parents' mistake." What Briana said shocked Eva so much that she turned stiff. Eva's hold on her slackened. Briana swiftly used this chance to pull away and push the table against the fallen bookshelf. She then tore out pages out from numerous books to feed the fire. The fire grew and reached the ceiling. Heavy smoke slowly filled the room and made its way out through the cracks in the doorway and open window. [Eva!!] BaoBao cried out.

"But what really happened here? Why is a book burnt?. I wrote quickly, my hand still trembling. I don't know. I touched one book and it started to burn. I dropped it. It was a weak lie, but it was all I had in that moment of panic. Suddenly, Noah's eyes caught something. He grabbed my hand roughly, turning it over. "You're burned." He was right. My hand was red and blistered from where I had held the burning book. I had been so terrified by what I'd read and by the fire that I hadn't even felt the pain.
