“Have you met you? You will also judge the book if you were in my shoes.”
“Is that why you didn't answer your phone?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
“I sleep, Kael. I don't know if you don't sleep, but I do. And I don't joke with my night rest,” I said trying to make him feel less special.
“Hmmm,” April did a weird cough behind me. “Hi, there. I'm April, his best friend,” she said, stretching her hands to Kael.
“Nice to meet you, April. I'm kael,” he said, taking her hands.
