Return to Power

Return to Power

Since he had made a provocative move, he had to be prepared to pay the price. On this point, these ancient families were the most well-behaved. The Washington Family allowed Jason to read all the books in the the Book Collection Pavilion, and the rest of the ancient families also sent their collected books to Jason one after another. Only Dennis, who was importunate, had no intention of showing his attitude at all after taking the opportunity to sneak an attack on him.

The Alpha's Pen Pal

The Alpha's Pen Pal

I whispered, gripping his shirt. “No one cares, Sugar Plum,” he reassured me, lifting my chin with his hand. “This is acceptable to wolves. This is how mates act with each other.” I blew out a breath and nodded, then looked at the book in his hands. “What’s the big deal about this book?” I asked him. “This book,” he said, lifting it by one corner and showing the cover to me, “is filled with the stories of our people. Every werewolf family has a copy, and all werewolf children grow up hearing the tales.”

I thoroughly enjoyed this book as well as the second book but I’m also thoroughly disappointed that the author has chosen not to continue putting her books in this venue. Unfortunately, I’m unable to afford purchasing from a book store or online seller the next 2 books she’s written.

Allie is a wonderful and talented writer and author, I have so much to say but, very limited space, I love the beautiful and true life wisdom and positive tone, flow and everything this story had to offer. The only thing I can complain about is that I wish there were more chapters to read.

Star-Crossed Wolves: Silver Moon Rising

Star-Crossed Wolves: Silver Moon Rising

She was everything he wasn't—genuinely caring, emotionally authentic, instinctively protective of vulnerable people rather than exploitative of their weaknesses. She was also the one person whose opinion of him still mattered, though he'd never been able to explain why. "Good book?" he asked, settling into the chair across from her alcove. "It's about a girl who discovers her entire family are criminals and has to decide whether to turn them in or become complicit in their crimes," Emilia replied without looking up from the pages. "Very relevant reading material, given our recent dinner conversations." Ian studied his sister's expression, recognizing the careful neutrality that meant she was

Conceived and Targeted: My Family's Deadly Secret

Conceived and Targeted: My Family's Deadly Secret

I was an only child, and my parents had always hoped I would have more children—and preferably a second one carrying our family name too. To help with that, they'd personally gone to a major hospital and got me fertility medicine. They'd even prepared it for me every day to keep me healthy. When they found out I was pregnant, they were so excited that they even remodeled a nursery at home. The day Michael kicked me out, Mom and Dad held me tightly and encouraged me to stay strong for the sake of my baby.

The dining hall was grand, with long tables set for a feast, and I knew, without a doubt, that my babies and I were finally home, and best of all we had our mate and chosen family with us here. ____________________ This book is the property of Ulliend Musings and its brand. Sealed Marriage with a Disabled Billionaire (ENGLISH)

Sealed Marriage with a Disabled Billionaire (ENGLISH)

Cosmo didn’t deny that thought. Her smile softened. “No. I just really want to know what you’re reading. I can’t sleep, so I thought reading might help. But if you don’t want to lend me that one, any of your other books would do.” She grew up reading all kinds of books—from classic Filipino literature to foreign novels. Her family had its own library, filled with rare and valuable editions that were hard to find. But ever since Elaine became part of the Lopez family, the library had been taken from her. In the Lopez household, it seemed like everything eventually became Elaine’s.

The Magic of Irina

The Magic of Irina

He frowned when he touched the book, because it felt like it had just been pulled from the shelf, dry and cool, no trace of it has touched his sweaty skin. Odd. Thought Lucas. But he didn’t have time to dwell on it. What information the book had and why it suddenly showed up were more important, like there was a force to draw him to the book. Lucas shrugged the odd thing, he opened the book and started to read it. The first page was telling him a history of a family named Cotts. The next chapter told him about they ancestors. Lots of steps on the ground bellow distracted Lucas from his book. He heard it was getting closer and closer. Then a light whipping sounded, startling him. Sitting stra

The Family Secret

The Family Secret

“It’s fine, Naomi. You seem to have a problem with me now that you are a part of this family.” Though stunned, I quickly got a grip on myself and declined the suggestion. To my surprise, Keith agreed without getting my consensus. I was disgruntled. It was absurd enough that I had to share a bed with my mother-in-law on my wedding night, but she took up the space between me and my husband too. Whitney glanced at me before sprawling herself across the sanctity of my bed. “A good wife shouldn’t be so petty. You should be kind to your husband’s family.”

My Family’s Betrayal

My Family’s Betrayal

Their faces twisted in confusion, anxiety flickering in their eyes. Whenever they wanted me to give something up, they’d slap me with one hand and offer candy with the other. It never failed to work. All they had to do was take the first step and reach out, and I’d cave every time. This time, no one was on the other end of the call, eagerly calling them “Mom” and “Dad.” “Honey, Laura’s not exactly the sharpest at work, so why do you keep spoiling her? When we’re gone, she’ll burn through the family’s fortune in no time.

A Family in Pieces

A Family in Pieces

"You're just too kind. We're so lucky to have you. You're the Moon Goddess' greatest gift to our family. Alright, we'll do as you say. Let's just focus on your recovery." The golden sunset poured through the healing center's windows, wrapping the four of them in warm light. Watching that perfect family scene, I felt like nothing more than an outsider. I was never a part of this family. I didn't belong in that warmth. I tried to speak, but no one could hear me. I wanted to run, but my soul was still bound to Mom. I could only watch in silence as they repeatedly shamed me.
