Nelly noticed the worry lines on Inez's forehead and asked, "Is everything okay?" Inez hesitated for a moment, debating whether to confide in Nelly. She decided to take a chance and opened up, "I can't seem to find the book series that Alpha Dorian II gave me. Inez was grateful for Nelly's reassuring words and agreed to search for the books with her. They began to scour the room, checking under the bed, inside the closet, and even behind the curtains. After several minutes of searching, they were disappointed as they found nothing.

I let out a sigh and let my body fall onto the floor, my back was touching the shelf on the wall filled with different books. "How am I supposed to find the book?" I did not know if I was expecting the book to answer my question considering I was alone in the library, I managed to sneak inside once I ensured no one was around. The library had hundreds of books except for the book with red velvet cover. After I returned from the forest I was eager to find the book, Bernadette was not talking to me either. The list of people who were avoiding me kept increasing daily, first it was Alpha Orion and then Bernadette.

Although she felt the need to rest after several hours of searching, however, she figured the books in the shelf appeared scathless and well positioned. “Why put it here when you wouldn't read it.” she spoke under her breath, a flash of curiosity glinted in her eyes as she moved closer to it. After all, Karl was away from home and wouldn't return any time soon. The thought increased her confidence level and in a split second she randomly took out one. ‘Chronicles of torment’ it read, Karl had initially buried its identity among others. Her finger flipped the pages cursorily, only to behold bizarre images of devices used to torture people.

I tiptoed, slowly walking towards the shelf, trying to hide myself and make everything quick before she wakes up. I scan, poke, and pick every strands of books just to find that special one. If i am not mistaken, it was the blue book i have accidentally choosen before, which the librarian knows it's prohibited. ### After scanning for a couple of minutes, I finally have found what im here for. This was the book I have held before. It is the one who's talking about parallel universe and portals. Before the dragon reawakened, I quickly run to exit. I look like a thief.

The whole place looks untidy and scattered with books all over. "We have been searching everywhere for the books of shadows, why haven't we found it yet," Jack scratched his head and rubbed his head while thinking of something. "Maybe we need to search harder we will definitely find it, we can't stop now," Melissa said and continued her search, she lifts up the boxes and falls out all the books in it and starts searching it thoroughly again. "I never said we should stop Melissa, but we have been searching for this book for days now and still haven't found it," Jack said and stands up and walks across the scattered books, walking to where Melissa was standing.

She heard stories as a little girl and read all the detailed books she could find. Lucky for Nick, she still had some books stored on a small shelf in the corner of the living room. It took a few minutes for her to rummage through the shelf to find the old book of strange phenomena of the soulmate bond. Nick watched her search through it, his eyes darkening with impatience. With a nervous breath, Rosa pulled it out, clutching it tightly before she stepped down. Without wasting another second, she made her way to the table and sat. Her fingers trembled slightly when she opened the book. Page after page, Rosa flipped, desperately searching for that letter. The letter wasn’t in the beginning. It wasn’t in the middle either. Rosalie flipped faster. She knew she shouldn’t be doing this without asking him but still she couldn’t help herself.

Her cathedral. She slouched into her best corner chair—stuffed, tufted velvet in tired blue—pullding out a book from her tote. A quiet night's reading before bed was now her ritual, and for tonight, she opened what was familiar and comforting: *The Light Between Oceans*. The book always bore its imprint on her. Loss. Forgiveness. Breaking and binding decisions. She opened to the top of it, and the world disintegrated. Somewhere in the city—several stories above, in a steel and glass building—Julian Blackwood lay in his dark, sleek bedroom, staring at the book she had given him.

I go the opposite way, painstakingly reading each and every title. “Callie!” Alice exclaims excitedly. “I think I found something.” I hurry over, seeing her pull a smaller black book off the shelf. There’s no title on this book, only a gold Baphomet overlaid on the leather. “The Book of the Beast,” I whisper, eyes lighting up. “I think you did find something.” She cracks the spine and I lean over, heart racing. And then the library doors open and close with a boom, echoing throughout the entire room. Alice and I both jump, and she quickly shoves the book into her cloak.

I would stay here for hours just so I didn't have to see dad. Maybe that's why I had unconsciously avoided revisiting this place. Nothing seemed to change. The library was mostly filled with books on pack history—nothing interesting, but... I needed to find a book, 'The Book of Prophesies'. I never did find the book interesting; I didn't believe in prophecies. Things had changed since I discovered that Lena had some strange abilities. I knew my way around the library.
