The Billionaire's Substitute Ex-Wife Returns

The Billionaire's Substitute Ex-Wife Returns

“What do you mean?” “You’re reading a book,” I scoffed. “What is it about?” She beamed. “Did you think that I never read?” “I’ve never seen you read anything,” I laughed. “Oh please, I do read and guess what? There’s an open book festival of ‘Sincerely, Yours Too’ tomorrow in Manhattan. I was thinking we should go. I’d like to meet the author.” She handed me a pamphlet about the open book festival. I looked at it and just thought that she wrote about things that only women found interesting and it wasn’t going to benefit me to be there. “I will arrange for a driver to take you there, I have a golf session with one of my clients.”

My sincerest apologies guys, Chapter 101 got duplicated. You will have to read one chapter and not unlock the duplicated one. I will release Chapter 102 tomorrow after my editor has deleted the duplicated chapter. Thank you.

this is good. but i wonder, how many chapters are u gonna end this? i dont want to end reading stroy that will be left unfinished later. i like that Sienna does not let herself drown in sorrow or trying to salvage her marriage after all that insult. eventho heartbroken, she is so decisive.

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

“Don’t worry, I’ll hold you to that. You are not the demographic skinny jeans are aimed at.” We start walking, the city humming around us. It’s not quiet like home. There’s always a car engine, a distant shout, or some mechanical wheeze hissing from the walls, but there’s something oddly comforting about it. Like a rhythm you only notice when your heartbeat slows enough to match it. We pass a bookstore that’s still open, even though it’s long past dark. Scarlett pulls me in before I can protest. “Why?” I ask, already surrounded by the scent of ink and paper. “You love stories,” she says as if it’s obvious. “I like oral stories.”

A Love That Lingers

A Love That Lingers

Emma stepped into the bookstore like she was entering a chapel. The bell above the door chimed softly, and the familiar scent of old pages and new bindings wrapped around her like a blanket. Jake and Lila followed behind her, their footsteps quiet on the wooden floors. A table near the entrance displayed the new releases. Front and center, stacked in neat rows, was her book. The Language of Quiet. Her name below the title shimmered faintly in the morning light streaming through the windows.

The other side of the book

Both were really awkward at each other at first but when they found out that both were reading the same book, they eventually got a comfortable to talk at each other. “So, you also read that book-” “Yeah, I got into it after a friend of mine recommended it to me.” “Isn’t it a great book.” “Yeah, I got hooked on it after reading the first chapter.” “bla-bla-bla” Both continued to talked to each other and enjoyed their conversation. “I was feeling an awkward atmosphere growing between our table so I was gonna try to start a conversation but when you brought out your book, I was just surprised to see a person reading it.” The girl said.

Alpha Rafael: Chasing My Ex Wife

Alpha Rafael: Chasing My Ex Wife

"And then-then-after the amusement park, we go to the bookstore! The best place in the whole entire galaxy!" Ava raises a brow. "Better than the amusement park?" "Duh," he says, eyes wide with pure seriousness. "Amusement parks are fun, but bookstores are epic. They smell like paper and secrets, and sometimes you find books that make you smarter than your teacher." I glance at him. "Really?" He nods, dead serious. "One time I read a book about time travel, and I knew what a paradox was. Miss Callie didn't even see it coming."

This is really a good story. While I do enjoy a good revenge story, I also think Raphael should have directed it towards the real culprit Linda instead of targeting Lila. I expected her wolf to be more of her defender rather than telling her to submit to him. Maybe that will change the more I read

Dad, the author should finish this book. Because the left. In us, hanging waiting for the ending of this look, I don't understand it's just been months now and it's still not finished. If that was a finish, then there was messed up.

A Royal Romance's Error

A Royal Romance's Error

He waved back, blew me a kiss, and told me he'll see me soon before bringing the car to life and driving off. I sighed contentedly and smiled. I have a good feeling about the Matching. I have a good feeling about Finn, and how we would most likely get Matched. I trodded back to the bookstore where I work, lunch bag in hand. "I'm sorry we don't have a copy of that book anymore, Mrs. Salazar. But we have new arrivals you might be interested in," I heard Madi tell a middle-aged woman with hawk-like eyes and black curls in a practiced politeness as I slid behind the register, tucking away the bag.

THE HUMAN LUNA

THE HUMAN LUNA

So I watched the people. One evening, I intentionally returned a book much later than necessary. The librarian smiled warmly as she accepted it. "You've been reading quite a lot, Luna." "I'm trying to understand the dynasty." She laughed softly. "Books help." "They do." I smiled back "But conversations help more." she said, again I tilted my head. "What kind of conversations?" "The ones people don't realize they're having." I smiled. "I'll remember that." She smiled back. We spoke for another fifteen minutes. About nothing important. Or so it appeared.

All Grown Up

All Grown Up

“You looked, I don’t know, peaceful.” “Honestly, this book is terrible,” Audrey said, holding up some thriller that I vaguely recognized. “I don’t know why the hell Annabelle has it on her shelf, but I fear for any of the recommendations she’s been giving out at the bookstore.” I suddenly realized where I recognized the book from. “Oh, that’s the one that all the book clubs were reading a while back,” I said. “She probably only got it because of that.” “Oh, that makes more sense,” Audrey said. There was an awkward silence. “So, are you going to sit down or what?”

THE WOLF'S FATE

THE WOLF'S FATE

Allow me to expose you to some hidden jewels that will certainly spark the discussions you desire. So the pair set off on a literary expedition, their hands full of books promising magic, mystery, and knowledge. They would spend hours engrossed in worlds created by extraordinary authors, their talks flowing naturally as they studied character nuances, decoded plot twists, and marveled at the power of writing. Lucian and Ravena started a book club in the quiet nooks of their favorite coffee shop, inviting like-minded people to share their passion for books and conversation. They met once a week, ready to share their ideas and views, each member offering his or her own distinct viewpoint and i

My Bullies Are Twin Hockey Players

My Bullies Are Twin Hockey Players

We walk for about ten minutes in mostly comfortable silence, which is unusual for any interaction with Sarah. Eventually, we reached a small community center. There are people going in and out of the building, and I can see colorful signs posted outside advertising some kind of event. “It’s a book launch,” Sarah explains as we get closer to the entrance. “A local author is presenting her new novel today.” I look at Sarah in complete surprise. This is definitely not what I was expecting when she asked me to follow her.
