Novel & Cerita Bookish Box Onyx Storm

There is a time for that. Suddenly, she remembered something. She immediately excused herself and went to her bedroom. She took the box where she put her gift. It was a sculpture of a panther. It was an expensive piece because it was made from natural black onyx. It is a rare find. She was told by the salesman that most of the black onyx in the market have already undergone some treatment method to attain its full black color. That’s why the item she bought was really expensive. She took her time as the item is quite heavy. When she got inside the entertainment room, Devlin gave her a questioning look. He saw her carrying a medium-sized box.

Jace said his voice was short and snappy. Nora sighed, opening the bag and then grabbing the box. She paused a minute trying to find a way out of opening it. Jace made another noise as she was just staring at the black box. She sighed and opened the box. Inside the box layed a small black onyx necklace. It was a simple square onyx stone that hung on a silver chain and was very beautiful. “What? I can't take this. Why would you- “Black onyx can disguise hunters from wolves. Put it on.” Jace ordered as he cut her off.

“Now let’s go.” “That’s it?” I ask, flabbergasted. “No yelling? No threats?” Onyx stops and chuckles before stalking back to me and reaching out to run his thumb over my lips. “Oh, hell no,” he chuckles, his eyes filled with mischief and lust as he winks before he bends down and tastes my lips. I shiver, my body instantly leaning into him, molding to his touch, and he pulls away. “There is a fucking storm coming for you, Matilda Mae.”

Stay with me. Inside, the bakery smells wrong. Not rotten, not destroyed, worse. It smells like sugar and cleanliness and normal life… with a thin metallic thread beneath it, like the scent of a storm before it breaks. The lights are on. The place is mostly intact. Chairs still tucked, display case still gleaming, chalkboard menu still cheerful. But the back hallway door is ajar. And on the prep table, visible even from here, like an insult placed at eye level, sits a white cupcake box.

I always thought that mates were the only aspect of the werewolf community that I liked, having that one person who was made specifically for you, who will love and protect you for always sounded amazing, but I never for even a second thought that I’d get one myself. As I followed him deeper into the room, two boxes sat on the bed caught my attention, they weren’t there when I left for the balcony. Baron, seeing my interest in the boxes, releases my arm and walks towards the bed taking the first box in his hands. “This is what I sorted while you were having some fresh air, once I saw the magnificent photo you were able to create and the story you told me of how much you like drawing due to y

Office Gray says, bowing slightly alongside his partner before they both walk back to their car. I stare once again at the once upon a time vibrant environment that is now clouded with smoke and darkness. A tired sigh escapes my lips when I realise that this may actually just be the beginning. I know it's weird but I just have this feeling that the worst is yet to come and the truth is, the thought of it alone scared me like nothing else.

A beautiful, devastating smile ghosts across her lips, completely stealing what little breath I have left. Dax bursts into the room, thick rolls of blueprints under one arm, Reed right at his flank. The pack link swells instantly with lethal purpose. The shadows are whispering from the east, but for the first time since the grove, the storm in my blood feels like pure, unadulterated strength, not a curse. Liora’s hand secretly brushes mine under the edge of the table. A silent promise, etched in silver and storm.

Grady leans a fraction. “Onyx?” he asks the part of him that bares teeth only for need. Hold, Onyx says, rumble over our matebond. The fox thread Sable seeded under the third stone shivers, the line Nova saw this morning tries to be funny. My mark heats, the house hum warns me the way your body warns you about bad meat. “Girls,” I say without looking, and Zara steps into the crowd we seeded on purpose today with aunties. Children lift, chatter changes flavor and the world glances to its corners.

I explained. "He said he doesn't know when but he believes it would happen soon or maybe later, he just wants me to be alerted," I continue, giving it to him to read. "That's would be impossible right, wolves don't communicate with vampires," I said but Damon didn't seem quite surprised. "Onyx does," he replied. "How, how did he find a way to settle them and how are you aware?" I questioned him. I found out during my little investigation that Onyx supplies Mecha to them along with omegas to be sex toys for them," he explained..

I shouted, "Davon, don't let go, okay? You're going to be free!" But the gold dust hovered on us and covered Davon's body, dragging him back in. The energy was so strong that it also pulled us. "Mia, let go!" Theo yelled. When I almost reach the notebook, Davon let go of my hand—staring at me with pleading eyes. "Mia!" Davon screamed as the notebook swallowed him in. The notebook floated again. Glowing like fire, the gold dust circled it, creating a whirlwind until all the pages reverted. It fell on the floor and returned to its usual form as if nothing had happened.
