Don´t go to the forest

Don´t go to the forest

She raised her hand and with her index finger she brushed the books, reading their titles. There were some that said "satanic pacts" others like "the call of the devil" "the forest and its hidden side" "small town legends" "werewolves and the full moon" and the last one said "Wisconsin Cases". Camila took out that last one, the book was big, it had a red cover with the image of the town itself. But that image was in black and white, as if it was taken years ago.

TO PROTECT MATE & BOND

TO PROTECT MATE & BOND

Lucy looked at him confused not knowing what kind of books he is searching for. After more than ten minutes, Devlin came and sat in front of her with some books in his hands. Lucy looked at the books and looked at him with a wide mouth because the book he decided to read is about curses. She knew that he won’t let her go any soon but she never thought he’ll try to break the curse. Though Devlin is broken inside, he smiled at her seeing her reaction. “There is no use in reading those books,” She said looking at the books in front of him.

Caged by the Demon

Caged by the Demon

Although they were a lot of books with the same name, guessing by the last detail, this must be the book she was talking about. "Yes," answered Bella and confiscated Bethany's phone. "The book was written by a demon. When he descended on Earth, he created a cult group where they worshiped Lilith. The mother of demons and vampires. But over time, the book got lost, and no one has found it to this day. This was the brief description they found on G****e, along with the picture of the book. When they checked the link, they found it to be broken. "Bella, what does it mean?" Bethany asked and looked at Bella questioningly. Because it was mentioned that the book was lost for decades. How did Bella

Whispers of the Devil

Whispers of the Devil

And then an unfamiliar house swims to the forefront, a large, boxy building sagging toward the mire on the same foundation as the one I had built. These thoughts belong to Amos, I realize. But the demon’s walked this swamp for the last time. The portal hungrily devours Amos’s soul. I don’t know if it’s dead, or if it’s just been sent back to hell. Honestly, I’d prefer that I never find out. I don’t fight as the spectral opening beckons me deeper. I’d made a deal with the devil. My soul has been forfeited since the very moment I first allowed Amos in.

Mallory - The revenge huntress

Mallory - The revenge huntress

I would love to make myself a pair of working boots out of you and stepp in cow and horse shit with them as often as possible. He was the devil himself, going way out to increase fear, and his torture where worse and worse the angrier he got. However, I refused to be afraid. Along with his words was his hot, heavy stank breathing. They brought a picture of a devil from those cult books I’ve had to study in the past. Yes, this was evil incarnate in front of me.

In The Devil’s Arms

In The Devil’s Arms

Her countenance, typically an array of animated expressions, had transformed into a tranquil tableau of serenity. A soft, barely discernible smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he observed her. Even the devil himself, in all his cunning and might, would find himself disarmed before such a woman. She bore no regal lineage, possessed no grand narrative of her life. Her beauty was not the kind to inspire poets or artists, and her dubious occupation had seemingly secured her a spot in the inferno. Yet, there was an aura about Reina, a quality that was singular and extraordinary. She held the uncanny ability to perceive devils—two of them, to be exact. To the untrained eye, they were indis

Eight chapters gone, and I can say I'm thoroughly hooked. I love how the author is able to convene actions without having to tell too much, and the FL inner dialogues are absolutely funny. And, there's barely any grammatical error. I am looking forward to completing this story.

The book is well written, the use of English is good and there is almost no error in it. But however, I think it could use a little more dialogue and be more fast paced. I also love the supernatural elements in the story, but I feel like it is outshining the romance.

The Devil's Obsession

The Devil's Obsession

He leans in closer, his hot breath fanning my face as he looked down at me. "I think you are mistaken about something, little one. You belong to me. You were mine from the moment you clung to me desperately begging for help. But you weren't saved by some hero, a knight in shining armor who would do your bidding and just accept it when you tell him no. No darling, I'm the devil and you are mine.” With this his lips crashed down against mine.

The Devil’s Game

The Devil’s Game

He held them out. "Sign," Vito said. Aiden took the papers with shaking hands and looked down at them. It was a contract. Pages of terms and conditions. Words like "exclusivity" and "obedience" and "ownership" jumped out at him. He looked up at Vito, disbelief written all over his face. "You're serious about this." Vito took a sip of his drink, his expression unreadable. "Do I look like I joke?" "This is insane," Aiden said, his voice rising. "You can't just–"

The Devil’s Obsession

His face didn’t hold any emotion like sadness or whatnot, but from his eyes, I could read it all. My lips parted at the realization. Was he really apologizing to me? Alejandro? The man whose authority could move mountains at will? The man they call IL DIAVOLO? ~The devil Was I dreaming? Yeah, maybe. That definitely had to be it. Never in a million years would Alejandro ever admit that he was wrong. No. I moved back a little to be sure I heard him correctly. “What?” I asked, and as if that snapped him back to reality, he frowned.

Revenge With My Brother’s Best Friend

Revenge With My Brother’s Best Friend

He yanked open the nightstand drawer and fished out that cursed book: The Devil’s Little Bane. He held it up like evidence in court, the pages fluttering. “Snatched this gem from you the other day. Knew you were deep in it. What, ten pages from the end? I finished it myself last night.” He grinned devilishly, and my chest squeezed hard, like it was about to combust. “Fuck, Cindy, the shit in here… it’s pure filth. Balls deep in demon dick and submission games. I didn’t peg you for such a dirty reader.”
