Reckless Hearts

Reckless Hearts

"Now, get to work. And make it quick!" At first glance, the third floor of the library building appeared spacious compared to the three floors below it. Unlike the other floors, this particular floor lacked partitions that created separate compartments. Instead, rows of shelves lined the walls, while the central space was occupied by empty bookshelves of a similar design. Mrs. Cooper had a tendency to exaggerate, and her description of the floor's vastness was no exception.

Luna’s Replacement

Luna’s Replacement

Since it's more of an entertaining floor, it has sofas and reading nooks all around instead of having your regular table chairs set. We settled in between the myths and legends bookshelves. Something tells me the answers I seek are not going to be in the 'normal section'. A set of black leather love seat sofas sat across each other, with an Ikea LACK coffee table in the middle, which was nicely placed close to a floor-to-the-ceiling glass window. To cover more ground, the three of us take a different shelf.

The Alpha's Slave Mate

The Alpha's Slave Mate

There is no art, or color really in my room. “Alright well let us get started. Where are your books?” Hannah’s bubbly personality is shining through again, she is trying to put me at ease, and it is working. I walk in and lead Hannah over to where there is a loose floorboard near the corner. In this little hole is the only treasure I own, my books. The floorboard is being stubborn today and does not come up as easily as I would have liked. Finally, it breaks free and I can move it to the side. As I am pulling my first book out Caleb surprises us both by showing up. Hannah and I had been so focused on the floorboard we did not hear him approach, and his voice startled us a little.

Dear Danielle, I have really enjoyed reading this book so far; but I must admit that I’m currently stumpted about where the book has been paused at. Maybe, if possible, please resume writing chapters then I would feel more satisfied if there was at least some type of closure to the story. Thanks!
Michelle
Danielle are you going to finish this book? I understand you had a family emergency but months ago you posted you would finally start writing again but there have been no updates. If your not please tell us so we can stop looking for updates and remove it from our reading list!

Secret Wife Of The Billionaire

Secret Wife Of The Billionaire

The floor beneath her feet was a dark, glossy wood that gave off a subtle scent of cedar and sea salt. Her eyes were immediately drawn to the wall-to-wall bookshelf, but not for its literature. There, nestled between old hardbacks and framed family photos, was a pristine collection of miniature race cars. Dozens of them—each one unique, from vintage classics to modern F1 models, all placed like treasures from a forgotten boyhood.

The Four Sides of Desire

I didn’t see how I could get into trouble with something like that. A quick check at the computers and my books were somewhere on the 3rd floor. The inside of the building had a mixture of antique furniture and sleek-looking tables and desks mixed in. It was eclectic, fun, and probably saved the university money to not have to replace so many things at a time. “Now, where are you,” I mumbled as I brushed my finger over the spines, looking for my book. “Ah.” There. Ar. 436-12. An Introduction to Architecture by Bruno Cadarte.

The Emerald Eyed Luna

The Emerald Eyed Luna

Said she and left before I could say anything to her. Opening the door, I was met with floor to ceiling books. There was a ladder off to the right side with wheels on the top that had a track that went all the way around the room. A large sofa sat in the middle with two arm chairs on either side with end tables and lamps connecting them. There was a balcony straight through with a rocking chair and a thick blanket draped over the back of it.

I loved Wyatt and Nina’s story. The moon goddess gave her a special, powerful ,stronger and better fated mate and partner. I am starting one of your other books now. I was so addicted. Damian and Holly are so wrong for each other, but we shall see how jealous and mean Holly becomes of Nina.

This was short and sweet.. it had plenty of twist and turns, unexpected moments. The main character is strong woman which is refreshing (i personally dislike a female character that spends the entire story crying ) I will definitely reread this story again.

A Deal With the Popular Boy

A Deal With the Popular Boy

I was expecting to find used condom wrappers and dirty socks and boxers strewn across the whole place but the floor was so neat, the rug felt plush when I removed my shoes and I couldn't stop the urge to bury my toes in. So soft. Steel blue wallpaper decorated the walls and at one side of the room was a king sized bed in the middle, a wooden chest drawer by one side and a standing lamp at the other side. There was a door which probably led to the bathroom at the other side of the wall. A recliner was at one side and then a table that habited a laptop with arranged crayons in a cup. "Shut up." I let out when I see the little book shelf beside the table, taking notice of the latest release of

Lycans King Fated Mate

Lycans King Fated Mate

The delicate interplay of light and shadow danced upon the polished marble floors, creating a mesmerizing tapestry that seemed to guide us forward. Rows upon rows of perfectly stacked shelves stretched out as far as the eye could see, their contents a treasure trove of knowledge and imagination. Each book stood proudly, a gateway to countless realms and untold stories. The aroma of aged paper mingled with the faint scent of polished wood, an intoxicating blend that evoked a sense of reverence and awe.

ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED TO THE MAFIA BOSS

ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED TO THE MAFIA BOSS

What I found instead was a room full of books. Floor to ceiling on three walls, dark shelves packed tightly, the spines worn in the way that meant they had been read and not just collected. A wide desk sat at the centre with two screens and a leather chair behind it, and to the left, a smaller seating area with two armchairs angled towards each other and a low table between them. It smelled of old paper and something faintly woody. Cedar maybe.

Revenge Of The Rejected Ex-Wife

Revenge Of The Rejected Ex-Wife

The room was also, unexpectedly and completely, full of books. Every wall that was not a window had shelves, floor to ceiling, built-in rather than assembled, the kind that suggested the apartment had been configured around the books rather than the other way around. Fiction and non-fiction shelved together without obvious system. Spines facing out. Some with markers in them. Many with the cracked spines of books that had been read multiple times and had stopped pretending to be new.
