Books To Get Back Into Reading Novels & Stories

I need to take time. I remember the small room I entered last time. I slowly opened the door and turned on the lampshade. The books on the table were still scattered. I tried to look and read each one of them. These are all interesting books. Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer, The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and a lot more. I tried to find something that might help me, but I found nothing.

Geneveive Tessa Robert I blinked at the alarm clock and closed my eyes for the eleventh time. It was two a.m., and I was still unable to sleep. I opened my eyes and reached out for the novel chosen by the book club, an old read for me—Firestarter by Stephen King. I wondered why we had to read something like this in a book club where the majority of the members were hopeless romantics. I stared at the folded page and slowly opened it. I was still stuck in chapter eight since I started the book at the beginning of the month. Even though it was an old read, I was still finding it difficult to read it because I was distracted and worried.

I said, grinning from teeth to teeth like a child. We walked into the library. It looked like it had been a while, since it was in use. We went through several sections which included, finance, self-improvement, ethics, business amongst all. I caught a glimpse of a book I had been wanting to read, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. I picked it immediately, and started going through it. After a while, I noticed I wasn't hearing any sound from the cook. I looked around and found her wiping tears off her eyes with the hem of her apron.

Today, I came to the library to put back all the books that I got to study how to rule the empire but since it is no longer needed by me, I decided to finally put these things back. There, I asked my lady in waiting and maids to put the books where it is places last time.while I just reminisced a bit. I had a lot of memory in this place actually. Whenever I felt like I don't know about something, I will always struve hard to find out what I needed to know using this big library. Somehow, it feels amazing to be back here.

He said what are you reading. She told him. He said I tried to read that. He said I got sixty pages in and put it down and then felt guilty about putting it down for three weeks. She said that is the book. She said some books are for feeling guilty about for three weeks. He said that seems like a design flaw. She said no. She said the guilt means it got under your skin. She said you will pick it up again. He said you think so. She said yes. She said the ones you feel guilty about are always the ones you go back to. He said like people.

I decided to sit up and try to be positive but it was hard being positive because I kept thinking so many had thinks like what if he never get back my kids, what if Claire hurts him in process of getting my kids. I look towards the library and I thought of checking out some books, I have tried reading some books but never finished up those books. I got out of the bed, wear my slippers and walk to the library. I move my hand on the books in the library and I pull out a book. I sit to read but I just didn't find it interesting, I returned it and pick another one, I opened it and began to flip the pages and think it's not my kind of book.

The lightest moment in a story that had contained almost no light at all. I noticed the book on his nightstand the following week. Not a pregnancy book. Not a business strategy guide. Not any of the texts I'd seen him read during our time together. A different kind of book. The title was something about understanding patterns and breaking cycles. The kind of book that therapists recommend to clients who are ready to examine the machinery that produced them.

By the time Momma passed I was married with a little one on the way, so my chance for college had passed, too. But I never stopped reading. Got me a nice little library out back, filled with all sorts of books crammed on bookshelves made by my own two hands. Books like Tom Sawyer, Edgar Allen Poe stories, Huck Finn and The King in Yellow, (that last one I don’t read much cause it always gives me strange dreams), some old mysteries, a clutch of Lovecraft’s books (they hurt my head, too, so I don’t read them much neither), my Hardy Boys books from growing up, and a whole bunch of newer ones by Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Got some heavy thinking books, too. The family King James, The Book of

A reader? I feel drawn to the shelf like a moth to a flame. My fingers trail over the spines — classic literature, philosophy, ancient history. Lost in the titles, my eyes land on a beautiful leather-bound edition of Wuthering Heights. I rise onto my toes, straining, my fingers just brushing its edge. It wobbles and then falls from the shelf with a heavy thud that sends a cloud of dust into the air making me sneeze twice.
