Novel & Cerita Books To Read This Summer

So while he stands behind me watching me, which both intimidates and excites me, I take each book out, one by one, pulling them from the bookcase, some wonderful editions of Jane Austen, Dickens, Ovid, Homer, Kundera and then 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' and, finally, Lolita. As I put Lolita on the top pile, I let out a sigh. I feel Paul slowly approach from behind me.

She picked up many books individually and made a pile of them. "When will you read so many books?" Nina asked surprisingly. "When your boss is not around," Elaina winked and started looking for books again. She picked up books from famous authors like Jane Austin, Sarah, Colleen Hoover, and Anna Huang. Nina shook her head and made her way toward the exit.

The stores pass by in a blur and the silence in the car is comfortable. My legs are bouncing up and down at different speeds and I’m buzzing with excitement. I’m humming to myself and feel like I’ve slammed eight shots of espresso. The only thoughts on my mind are the stacks of books in the back seat. They call to me. I can almost hear them whispering to me, begging me to read them. One of them particularly calls to me. It’s called The Alpha’s Good Girl and do I need to say anymore about it? The title speaks for itself, but the blurb reached into my soul and I need the pain and pleasure I know it will deliver. The sun is setting and I don’t even question it as I reach down and pinch myself.

Back in LA, in times like this, where I had nothing to do and was seemingly distracted, I would lie in bed, reread one of the books on my shelf, and reread it the next day until I could almost memorize the entire thing. I slipped into my short silk pajamas before throwing on the softest bathrobe ever, when I walked into Summer's room she was reading a book lying in the middle of her bed. "Oh my God Summer you have to take me shopping, I need that conditioner you have." I say as I sit on the edge of the bed. "First thing when I recover is taking you to my favorite shop, I promise."
