We went inside the massive room, and she showed me all of her collections before she speaks. "The world is like a huge library that is filled with books. It’s a book that contains everyone's story. Everyone has their story written somewhere in the library. It can be a book of love between two lovers from a distance, an inspirational story of a family, a story of an unbreakable friendship, or the story of a war against long-time enemies. Our stories don't always have a happy endings. Some ends in tragedy and others end with a twist and unexpected turn of events. No matter what is written in our final chapter, it always ends up with a lesson.

The maids keep bringing me sweet romance books with happy endings even when I've asked for something different. All the books I've read have been really good so far with an interesting plot and diverse but easy to like characters. But rather than being excited about the happy endings, they make me sad. This particular book though almost feels like it was loosely based on Ethan and I. The happy ending the couple shared makes me want to hope again but I feel pathetic at the same time, for being jealous of book characters. I heard a knock on my door and before I could answer, the door suddenly sprang open and the person barged in.

I picked up the eraser and even a book by one of my favorite writers. I only read it in an ebook and I only met the author through the ebook. 'Diary of Ugly' Title of the book. You might be wondering why I read these kinds of romances when my behavior is more like Mafia Novels. Because it's just my trip...That's also good. Even though sometimes the endings are disgusting. Why are there always happy endings? Why do the characters always end up together? Then why are the people so sweet? Is this really how love life is?

Its cover was of a dark red leather that showed its age, and the pages peeking in between looked gilded in gold. Even Jester, who owned a collection of books at home, had never seen anything that looked so precious and old. Not in the present, at least. Physical books nowadays are rarer and usually ten times more expensive than the paper it was printed on.
