Books With Unusual Narrators Novels & Stories

strained to get my eyes open because of the Ray of sunlight peeping through the blinds. Holy shit! I cursed and flicked my eyes open looking all over the unfamiliar room I am in. I tried to get up but a strong muscular arms wrapped around my waist and we were completely naked. What the hell am I doing In a stranger's bed?

In a cramped room with a book that felt like a piece of my own lost soul? "The book," I began, my gaze fixed on the faded spine. "It's German. A collection of fairy tales, I think. The Brothers Grimm, but not the Disney versions. The dark ones." I paused, trying to organize the chaotic tumble of thoughts and discoveries into a coherent narrative. "I found it in a bookstore down the street. Tucked away, almost hidden." "Hidden on purpose?" Anya's voice was calm, steady. She wasn't rushing me. She was letting the story unfold at its own pace.

Emma hated violence, and she had never read a book detailing such raw brutality. But this wasn't just a mere book. Someone had written it—like a twisted, violent diary. She desperately wanted to believe that it was just a random story, but if it was just normal fiction, why was she so incredibly drawn to it? What was so odd and magnetic about that black book?

For a second, I’m tempted, but then another wave of heat erupts in my chest, and I lose my nerve. “Tell me about the other books,” I say instead. “The other books?” I nod. And as I tuck my knees to my chest and wind my free arm around my knees, breathing through the stuffiness that’s getting more unbearable by the minute, I listen to the most garbled plot summaries I’ve ever heard in my entire life. “Okay. See, there’s this one with a man and his nephew. And they journey to the center of the earth. And there are dinosaurs. And a tornado? Shit—” The brow furrows again. “It might have been a tsunami. Something like that.”

Well I am obsess, I was supposed to think but hey one book wouldn’t take all my time right? “Fine, one book and think about your situation” “Okay tala, thanks!” I found a good book to read, the cover was faded and the front page is teared, upon opening the book it was already at page three. It was weird but I read it anyway. It was full of interesting stories and now I realized it is not a story book or a novel, it is about different kinds of beings. It was amazing how many beings there are, now I wonder if Lucas have met all of them for me. I smile at that thought

“Unless you can find a way to switch it off.” “Why did this happen?” I asked. “Why me?” “What exactly did you see?” Marcus asked. He seemed to be the only one interested in my predicament. “The beginning and the end,” I replied. “That makes no sense” Kieran replied gruffly. I sighed. “And you think it does to me?” I asked in anger. “I think I understand it now,” Dominic said and began to pace around. “The Book is called the Book of Untold Story. So,what if all you saw were stories that have not happened yet. Possibilities, like Marcus said.”

The expression on Don's face was the expression of someone recognizing something he had known but had not yet heard spoken. Ernest said: "You said we are the fifth book. But the five books are: The Inside Account, The Ground Keeps, The Emergent World, The Ordinary Morning, and the journals. The journals are the fifth book. The unwritten book that the four written books approached. The journals are the inside account at its most inside — the building happening in the writing, not the writing about the building." Don was quiet for a long time. The fire settled. A piece of coal shifted, sending a small spray of sparks up the chimney. The February light had shifted again — the cloud had passed,

I clenched my teeth as I hurried past the place. The smell of old books thickened in the air. Books were stashed into every part of the racks; you could tell some were even forced in. The library was silent, with only a few people reading. I didn’t know where I was going or what books to pick first, but I kept walking, my eyes wandering over the books one after another. When I reached the end, my eyes caught a particular book placed in a different spot—The Chronicles of the Moonbound. It wasn’t on the rack like the others; it sat alone on a table.

I didn't want to have breakfast for fear of running into Darick. The door creaked as I turned the knob and entered the library. Dust particles still floated in the air, and I could barely see with the dimly lit chancellors. I walked down the aisles, holding my nose as the smell of musk filled my nostrils. I skimmed my fingers over the hardback books. Hmm, ‘Chronicles of the Blood Brothers.’ No, I don't want to read about the Blood Brothers' history. What's this? ‘Understanding your Supernatural Abilities.’

I murmur, needing some kind of sound in the deafening silence I flip through the pages aimlessly, noticing that the books are arranged based on category rather than alphabetical order, until my eyes snag on a list of names. ‘Journeys to the mirror world— A Memoir of Fernando D. Sigmond.’ What? My heart beats loud in my ears as I try to memorize the bookshelf number where the book is supposed to be. A lycan traveled to another world? Or did a human come to this world? Am I not the first person who was helped by a Sigmond?
