William whispered, startling her again. Serena reflexively stepped back, but William quickly held her by the waist. His strong arm skillfully wrapped around her from behind. The sudden embrace made her entire body freeze. Yet she couldn’t deny the warmth that slowly began to spread through her heart, especially as her nose caught the familiar scent of his cologne. Jeanne speaks again, drifting me off my thoughts and bringing me back to the present. "What is that?" I stuffed the last piece of clothing into the suitcase and snapped it shut, then I looked around the apartment. Having lived here for five years, my presence was everywhere, from the paintings on the walls to the throw pillows on the couch and the plants on the balcony. Maybe it's just a mistake? “My bet is on Daniel. Who knows? Perhaps it's him?” Cherry whispered, and I frowned. “Why does he need to send me flowers? And without a card? I already agreed to go on a date with him.” “Oh my.” Cherry gasped, her eyes widening dramatically, “you weren't joking when you Said your social life rate is a minus.”

But curiosity got the better of her, so she slowly walked toward him. Matthew sat on the edge of the bed and reached for the shopping bags beside him and handed them to her. Cherry took the bags and sat beside him feeling confused. She opened the first one slowly, but the moment she lifted the cover and saw the bag inside, her eyes widened. “Oh my God!” she squealed happily and continued. “This is the latest bag”. She quickly removed it from the bag and clutched it tightly to her chest, almost like a child holding a new toy.
