Normally , this dark abyss is comforting it seems not so endless – in fact sleeping in the dark with out any light is my favorite to sleep in. However , it is when I wake up from my sleep during the night is when I am most afraid. The nightmares tend to swallow me whole – they tend to suffocate me till I can hardly breath. I can try my best to relax or to even go back to sleep , but my mind will always be lurking – it will always be searching for that source of pain in the dark.
