Flames reflected in my eyes. I crawled, screaming his name again and again, even though I knew the truth. That no one could survive that. I reached the burning wreckage and clawed at it helplessly even as the heat scorched me. “Please, PLEASE SOMEONE—” My voice cracked horribly. “Dominic answer me, please…” But there was no answer, and then, before I could touch the wreckage again the vision dissolved. “No more.” My voice was hoarse. Broken. But the mirror didn’t stop. A third vision surged forward, pulling me into another nightmare, another reality.
