Kung kailan namang anniversary, saka pa nakipaghiwalay ang long-term-boyfriend ni Valerie. Ang ending, super brokenhearted ang bida natin. Para mabawasan ang lungkot, napagpasyahan na lang niyang umalis sa bahay nila at magrenta sa malapit sa trabaho niya. Kaya lang, ang mamahal na ng renta ng mga paupahan sa ngayon. Kulang na kulang ang budget niya dahil isa rin siyang working student. Saan siya hahanap ng mura e halos lahat ang mamahal na. Saan puwede tumira nang wala gaanong gastos? Sa ilalim ng kanal? Sa labas ng mga convenience store? Buti na lang, to the rescue ang friend niyang beki - si Kendra. May kakilala pala itong nagrerenta sa murang halaga na willing magkaroon ng kahati sa kuwarto at sabi ay mabait naman daw. Yon ang sabi. Hindi diyan natatapos ang kanyang problema dahil ang magiging roommate daw niya ay isa palang lalaki. Para rin daw pumayag ang landlady na magsama silang dalawa, magpanggap silang mag-jowa. OMG! Paano na? Hindi pa ba niya itutuloy ang pagrerenta kung isang hot roommate pala ang kanyang makakasama?
