I tease him, and he growls at me in a scary manner, causing me to veer back. "Anger issues," I comment to myself as I start going through pages, looking for a befitting style. And I'm only two pages in when I see something. "This one." I point, and Bubbles inches closer to me to see what I'm pointing at. She snatches the magazine from my hand and draws it close to her face. Once she's done examining it, she turns to me. "I love it." She whispers, and I smile. Oh, everyone is going to love it.

I just wanted to have fun and forget my life and who I am just for a bit until I had my shoot in the morning. My uber arrived and I set the destination to 89-Aspen a classy night club that rich and up and coming people frequented. My boss owned the club so I always got in for free and never had to wait. Upon arrival I skipped the line and went in, to some peoples dismay and disgruntle. Bee-lining for a bathroom, I took out my black bandeau and biker shorts then paired the outfit with white air Jordans and a gold chain around my neck. I quickly washed my face and just put on foundation, mascara, highlighter and clear lip gloss.

“Tell me you didn’t kill it.” Alpha Kael’s distorted image looks exasperated. “I didn’t kill it. Goddess! Why would you be upset about that horrible thing’s death?” “It’s alive.” I say with a beaming smile. “It’s alive!!!” Bubbles rise up in the air around me and I gush. “Ohh so pretty.” The bubbles burst and butterflies with gold shimmery wings burst out. I clap excitedly and try to catch one of them but the minute I touch one, it dissolves away in the breeze.

I selected a bottle of jasmine-scented bubble bath, knowing how much she loved its sweet and floral fragrance. With careful precision, I poured the bubble bath into the water, watching as iridescent bubbles formed and multiplied. The sight was almost magical, reminiscent of a fairytale, where wishes were granted and dreams came true. The atmosphere was primed for relaxation, but there was one final touch missing—a touch of nature. I plucked a single rose from a crystal vase, its petals soft and velvety to the touch. I gently sprinkled the fragrant petals across the surface of the water, where they floated gracefully, like delicate memories on the tide of time.

Water. I stripped and submerged. Through the ripples, I saw a face. I screamed and gulped water. Hunter, I said, taking a breath, you scared me. He chuckled. I covered my breasts. Calmly, he poured a liquid into the tub, and as he moved his hand through the water, the clear surface shimmered, white bubbles blooming outward on the surface. A clean, fresh scent filled the air, sweet with a light, floral note, and I reached out to touch the foam. The bubbles were soft and slippery between my fingers, popping gently, while the water itself felt warm and silky on my skin. I smiled. This was beyond fancy for me.

“Did you enjoy throwing yourself at the first monster who looked your way? Did you enjoy slutting yourself out-” There’s a bubbly feeling inside of me. Harsh… popping… burning bubbles, and they’re trying to burn a hole right through me. Every second they multiply. Bubbling up, up, and up, until it feels like they have no other option but to explode out of me.
