Double cross

Double cross

“Wait, I’m coming. Let me quickly use the toilet.” Mariam nodded absent-mindedly. “Okay.” The moment Bella entered the toilet, she immediately pulled out her phone. Her fingers moved quickly across the screen as she searched. Zambia popular foods. She scrolled rapidly, reading fast. Ifisashi… nshima… She nodded quickly. “Okay… okay… I’ve got this,” she whispered to herself. A few minutes later she stepped out confidently, clearing her throat as she sat back down. “So… as I was saying,” Bella continued smoothly, pretending nothing happened, “their food is so tasty. You will think Nigerian food is good until you visit Zambia.”

The Aqua Prince

The Aqua Prince

The name of the school was Ambassadors of Wisdom International School (AWIS). Ambassadors Of Wisdom International School (AWIS) was one of the best, most recognized, and most expensive schools in Maitama Abuja. The school was well equipped with the best libraries, laboratories, smart-looking students, qualified tutors, and of course a very standard structure with enough fields for the students to run around. In the front of the school gate was "WELCOME TO AMBASSADORS OF WISDOM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (AWIS)" written boldly. I apparently love the school immensely, anyone could tell that I love the school from the bright smile wore as we both tore the school environment.

Now I Do- Marrying My Fiance

I might as well learn to be a chef while I am here. "They look delicious. I want to try. You don't have eat if you do not want to." I state. "Come on." He says, guiding me to one of the kiosks. "Karibu sana ndugu na malkia wako. Mwambaje?" The beautiful lady greets nicely in her Swahili ascent. It means (you are welcome brother, and your angel. How are you?) Dah!

I am loving this story. Hooked! So they already know each other and are in love already, so how will Damian gain and win her heart again? He hasn’t cheated on her, like Leo did. Nelly is already trying to sleep with this one, but he doesn’t want her at all. I’m looking forward to reading this story

You know it, love you uwa," I said. [Mother] "Son ku jariri, sannu." She says in her native tongue, Hausa. [Love you baby, bye.] I park my car at my reserved parking. "Morning Dr Morelli," a nurse says as I pass by her at the front desk. "Morning," I said with a smile. I go up to the elevator, pressing the button for the fourth floor. Once on the forth floor, I go down the hall to my office, putting on my white coat, getting down to business.

I didn't miss the mischief in his eyes as his lips met mine immediately. Suddenly I heard a snicker, I immediately pushed Kene away. Lo and behold, it was Dumbi, I totally forgot about him, oh that explains. "Hmm... Sorry for the interruption. " Dumbi said clearing his throat. "But Kene you too like show off, if I no bring her for here nko?" Dumbi added, speaking in pidgin language. "Dey go abeg. " Kene replied his brother trying not to laugh. "No be your fault na."Dumbi replied him. Eyeing him as he got up to take his leave.

This book was a page turner from start to finish, I couldn't put it down once I started. Full of humour and wit, and some of the most ridiculously funny characters I have ever had the pleasure of reading about. This book is worth five stars and more. Kudos to the writer?
Illustrious Joy
An inciting read with spurs of savory romance, humour and subtle wit. I so much love the bond between Adesewa and Kenechukwu. The writer's pen keeps brewing scintillating scenes about them that it leaves me with an insatiable urge for more chapters. Big ups to you dearie❤

Chimamanda taunted me. I burst out laughing. "What's 'ewu'? Ivory asked, as she understood the rest of the sentence Chimamanda spewed in English. Chimamanda suppressed a laugh at Ivory's accent before answering, "Ewu means goat." Then Ivory burst out laughing. "Jide does behave like a goat sometimes." I gave her a playful glare and enveloped my sister's body in a hug. "I missed you." She released me and gave Ivory a sidelong glance. "I am sure you did not as I see someone kept you busy."

*** Following the directions Eric texted me, I get to his place but don't enter because he said to wait at the gate. My back is turned to the closed gate when I hear it being opened. Upon turning, I'm shocked to see Mariam. She looks me up and down, her fixed, long eyelashes sweeping the air as she sneers. "Even in university, you're still following my boyfriend up and down.” ... Words/phrases and their meaning: * Abegi: please! * Na you go go heaven sef: you'll be the one to go to heaven * Ashawo: prostitute

Falling For Mr. Arrogant

Falling For Mr. Arrogant

Liam had always wanted to have sex with Amaya, and when he found the opportunity today he quickly took it without considering the consequence. "Take me home." Amaya said to him in a low spirited manner. Tear rolled down her cheeks, she looked pitiful. Even Ben had never treated her this way. She remembered those times she was drunk, when she and Ben were at the club, he would pamper her, took her home, bath her and allowed her to sleep all through the night. Liam had mishandled her, her delicate heart could not bare it. He carried her and took her to the car, he called a cab for her, with excuses that he would not be able to drive her home. Amaya removed her hills and held it on her hand. H
