Back to the Banquet

It's sweet and sour, a very refreshing and appetizing combination. … The clients ate happily. Kenneth and Emily exchanged a glance and smiled at each other, convinced that this business deal was already in the bag. The other colleagues also felt success was imminent and began raising their glasses to toast the two of them. The atmosphere was lively and harmonious. GINI: The Wicked Saviour

She seemed lost in her own thoughts. “Who taught you that?” Muna tightened her lips as the hair hissed and released steams into the morning air. “Anyway, the people of Arkenta are skillful hunters because they use bananas in hunting. It is an effective way of hunting monkeys because a story said that the ancestors of the monkey had told their offspring that bananas are their second life, and they should never part away with it no matter what happens. Raven the lurker
I have gotten used to read female lead stories from her so this time when it is male lead it's quite a refreshing and interesting change up. The start is promising and very well written and it's not the typical type of a novel so give it a chance as this author never ceases from surprising you.

Wag mo ring tatanggalin ang piring mo" Bane said.

The Peculiar Morass

The Philippines is one of the Southeast Asian countries that have rich culture even before her husband's descendant conquers. The Binatbatan Festival traces its roots from the abel weaving industry of Vigan that existed even before the Spaniards came to colonize the Philippines. It comes from the word batbat, a pair of bamboo sticks used to separate cotton pods that come from a tall tree called kapas sanglay. The word "kapas" from kapas sanglay means "cotton" in Ilocano.
