Raleigh's Pov A New Name, In A New City The doorbell hanging just above the quiet café jingled as I pulled it open. A warm scent of coffee welcomed me immediately I stepped a foot into the room. It was indeed quiet and quaint with no curious eyes watching by the corners. It was exactly what I needed at the moment. “You are welcome to Cocoa and Canvas,” the barista had said but with a well rehearsed smile. On her wrist lay boldly a crescent moon tattoo, all colored green. “Searching for a reserved caffeine or ready to explore your creativity?”

After we finished our work, the two of us sat together with cups of coffee placed in front of us. We were the only two people in the room, and I looked at him. “Drink it, Lucius. My assistant is quite good at making coffee.” Uncle Bryan moved his hand, treating me in a very friendly manner. I nodded and immediately did as he said. I took a slow sip of the coffee before looking at him. “Do you keep changing the type of coffee, Uncle?” He nodded. “Yes. These coffee beans are from an eastern country. Do you like them?”

"I thought you might need this. I know Anatomy is brutal." Offering the coffee forward bridged the gap. Finn stared at the cup, then at me. "You... brought me coffee?" "Caramel latte with oat milk," I said. "Right?" Taking the gamble paid off. Finn took the cup. "I... yes. Actually. That’s exactly what I drink." He looked genuinely surprised rather than just acting it out, and a tiny spark of gratification lit up internally because the execution was completely flawless. "Thanks," he mumbled, taking a sip. He winced slightly at the heat but hugged the cup with both hands.

We encountered peculiar creatures that joined in the madcap chase, adding to the chaos and hilarity. The Chronically Delayed Bunny, known for his impeccable ability to run late, surprisingly found a newfound speed as we evaded our pursuers. "I never thought being chased would make me so... prompt!" he exclaimed, laughing between breaths. As the chase continued, I and the bunny stumbled upon a room filled with oversized tea cups and a table piled high with cupcakes. We couldn't resist the temptation and hopped into the tea cups, spinning around in a dizzying whirl. Something was wrong about the tea! It was magical, and it was stronger than opium!

Jack rushed towards us “Yes. You can have it” I handed him the last donut “Wait” he turned to Rickon “Are you eating that?” “What does it look like?” Rickon took another bite “You told me it tasted like shit” Jack gasped dramatically making me laugh “Is that their coffee too?” His eyes widened as if he was seeing the most shocking thing ever “You only drink hand-ground coffee beans imported from Panama” Jack said “That is definitely not from Panama" I laughed “Get over it” he glared at Jack

, quickly shoving away a memory trying to peak out. “So, the coffee date you talked about, can we go to it now? I want to know what you know about aboriginals.” Anya added, stopping at the tarred road alongside her walk partner. Caleb's face lit up in joy. “Sure, why not?” “Okay.” Anya began. “Since you are new to town, I guess, it falls on me to select a coffee place.” “Exactly,” Caleb responded grinning like a two year old. “Except that I don't take coffee outside my home. I brew my own coffee. However, we can check Longroove's best, or so the TV commercials say. And by that I mean The Nickle Cup. It's just down the road.” Anya pointed downwards.

Before I can view the whole picture, more messages flood in. Bunny: Oh wow, the white and gold are actually gorgeous. Bunny: Are those peonies?! I love peonies. “I thought as much. I’ve got something just for you.” He waves his hand to our waiter and the door to the private room opens. In walk four of the most scantily clad “bunnies” that I’ve seen above ground. Behind them are a few of The Warren’s staff, dressed with some more clothes, though still not something you could get away without outside of the beach. One handler and two servers bringing the whiskey that Arnold holds in reserve just for The Warren. “I hear that it’s someone’s birthday!” a busty blonde in baby pink rabbit ears and a thong with a cotton tail on her ass says as she makes her way over to me.

Embry chuckles into the link, watching me walk over towards Ares and Benjamin who are radiating pride while watching Phoenix. “Mumma Raben!
