I collapsed to the ground, clutching my chest, unable to breathe. Ryoushin stood between me and the monster, grabbing it by the throat. The tattoo on his arm writhed, twisting like a living snake squeezing the demon tight. Red liquid flowed into the creature’s body, glowing like molten lava. “G-give him to me. He’s mine,” the demon hissed, voice chilling me to the bone. Tears poured down my face uncontrollably. The monster exploded like a bomb, its body turning to smoke and fading into the wind.

I tried digging my feet harder into the ground but my body only jerked forward faster and the massive doors burst open violently as I flew straight outside. Cold air slammed into me immediately. The huge Blackthorne gardens spread ahead endlessly, dark roses, silver fountains and towering black trees blurring together while light flashed violently across everything. “DAX!” I screamed again, pure panic breaking through my voice now. “I CAN’T STOP!” “Slow your breathing!” “How the fuck is BREATHING supposed to help?!” “TURN RIGHT!” “I’M GOING TO DIE!” “You’re dramatic!” “I’M LITERALLY FLYING THROUGH A DEMON GARDEN!”

I yelled releasing my sword of the righteous. I swung at the demon, his large burnt figure moved with a speed rivaled to that of a vampire. His eyes leaked magma as if it were crying. It opened its mouth roaring loudly at me, showing me its bright orange throat. I cut through its arm, causing it to let out a loud screech that harmed my hearing. I didn't have time to process as it slashed my chest with its claw like fingers.

Demon: "You think you can win little girl. You have made a big mistake. I am a demon. I can't be burned by bright light. I am made of fire" I tried attacking him but he teleported himself a few steps away from me and escapes my attack. He then attacked me. I fell on the ground, he sat over me and started punching me on the stomach. I felt the pain and it made me so angry. I screamed to the fullest. Suddenly it felt like the time has stopped. Everyone froze. I didn't felt the pain anymore. I felt like a light radiating from me and suddenly from my shoulder back beautiful big wings appeared. The wings were of golden color.

His eyes were infected with the calm of nothingness, and his palm with the aura of godhood. His palm wasn’t as overbearing as the Limitless sword, but when it impressed upon the Heavenly Demon’s chest, he felt his organs being displaced, and a great weight fell upon him. Without any control of his body he was sent flying and slammed into the ground with blood pouring out of his mouth.

“Move away from those things!” But the guardian angel’s warning fell into deaf ears when a grunting Sir Demonyo’s powerful swings could not cut them, making his focus fixated solely to the flock of butterflies swarming around him. The latter screamed when a couple of dozens of butterflies attached themselves to the commandant’s back, the butterflies’ small fangs pierced through his thick skin, drawing energy and blood from him. The shrilling pains started followed by his howling and guttural screams.

The voice yells out. “I know,” I answer as I glare into the eyes of the demon. “It’s an Orramoth. Fucking body leeches.” The Orramoth stretches its body and immediately turns its attention to me. I watch in horror as it opens its mouth and glides across the room. The demon's empty eyes shift red and make a clucking sound. My throat becomes dry. I can barely breathe as it sucks the oxygen from my parted lips. The closer it comes, I claw at my neck for help and plea to my inner voice for help, "Help me! Please, I can't breathe!"

I roar out in complete rage, wanting to tear these demons limb from limb. “I know,” she says sadly, looking back towards me, “you have to either rip out their heart or take off their head. With enough power your dragons breathe could possibly kill them.” With that she turns back around and starts fighting again, turning into her shadow figure, pulling demons to herself effortlessly. My eyes dart back in Ryan’s direction and I see he is faltering. Four demons are pushing him back, farther into the unclaimed territory. With a roar of fury I run towards them, sliding onto my knees past demons trying to latch onto me.

"Iblis Jabril, you must've heard the saying hell hath no fury than a woman scorned, right? This is for betraying me. Haha!" Cackling manically, Queen Nymrit looked like a devil from the seventh level of hell, as she viciously twisted the dagger in the demon's back. Iblis snarled and tried to yank the dagger out of his back. But as if he had been paralyzed, he couldn't move a limb and sunk to his feet. 'Demon Slayer!' All at once, thousands of needle-sized pricks pierced his organs and stabbed his heart. A sweet taste surged in his throat, and he puked a mouthful of blood.
