Caine X Jax Novels & Stories

Jax was 17, just like I was, Pat was almost 16, Haven was 12, and Sal was 5. I couldn't even imagine Jax as an Alpha, he was cruel, far from just, and unpredictable. I had no idea where he got his cruelty and lack of morality from. His mom, who was our Luna, Luna Cecilia, was practically a saint. Our Luna and Alpha were practically made for each other with how wonderful they both were.

Kane slid into the driver's seat, gripping the wheel tighter than necessary. The redhead was making him talk. More than he had in an entire week. He wasn't sure how she did it. He wasn't a talkative person—Sebastian and the guys at the ring never shut up about it. You're a broody motherfucker, Kane. Loosen up a little. But he didn't like talking. He didn't like smiling either. Yet, here he was.

"Because that child is not walking into anything permanent. Not while either of us is standing." I turned back around. Cain was watching Kael with something in his expression that was almost respect. Then movement in the doorway. Small and unhurried. Jax stepped into the room in his socks, hands in the pocket of his hoodie, and looked at all of us with that calm that still did not belong to a five year old and probably never had. "I know," he said. He was looking at Cain. "I have always known." Nobody moved. Jax walked further into the room until he was standing in the center of it, equidistant from everyone, and he kept his eyes on the silver-haired man.

he stammered. “So you frame me up to get her back?” Kieran yelled, cutting Jax's off before he could finish. “Oh please, cut me the crap,” Jax snapped, ignoring me. “No one frames you and stops acting innocent here. We all know you are having an affair with Eleanor and Levrae here…?” His eyes fell back to me as if the next word was heavier in his mouth. “What are you talking about?” Kieran yelled. “Yeah…!” Jax nodded his head slowly. “Oh, you think I don't know what you were up to…?” He shook his head.
