The silver map hovered above the open pages of the Book of Origins. It was unlike any map the gathered Alphas had ever seen; no kingdoms were marked, no rivers, and no mountain ranges known to history. Instead, it depicted an ancient land hidden beneath layers of silver mist. At its center lay a single black lake shaped like a teardrop. The moment everyone looked upon it, an overwhelming sadness settled over their hearts. Seraphina instinctively reached for Killian's hand. Even Leo, usually fearless, pressed closer to Aiden's leg with a soft whine.

Alexander giggled and squealed again at him. Peter's POV Draco walked in front of Enzo and me as we made our way to the underground torture chambers. The journey that normally took about 1 hour took just 35 minutes to complete.
