Off Limits
Someone who wanted to get inside.
By the time Thomas pulled the massive, black armored tank up to the primary curb of Larsen College, my stomach was tied in a knot of pure, unadulterated dread. The university campus was a beautiful, historic stretch of old brick buildings, towering ivy-covered walls, and manicured green lawns teeming with hundreds of students. It was an environment of learning, ambition, and youthful normalcy.
And my arrival completely shattered that aesthetic.
