Can Werewolves Live Forever Novels & Stories

In all of her journey, she hasn’t met a human in her whole life. Humans are, unlike werewolves and vampires, very fragile creatures. Their lifespan is merely a hundred years, and they don’t possess special abilities to help them survive. But the desperation for survival pushed these puny creatures into creating weapons to defend themselves. Traps, bows and arrows, and houses, the humans originally made them. And with the collaborative relationship of the two races against the common enemies, they exchange information with one another. Werewolves worship the moon, while humans worship the sun.

Maybe I didn’t give him enough credit, he really did love me and he was always a strong man… Still… to just be willing to step aside and watch someone else bring a light to my eyes that was never there for him… It would be hard for anyone. “Sure, we can start there. Yes and no. Yes, there are really werewolves. No, they do not go crazy under a full moon, like witches, they enjoy it with celebrations or small parties.” I made it sound like a commercial. “The basics? Yes, there are packs, no they aren’t very large, we have good healing abilities, strength, endurance. We typically live for 200 years or so. Oh I will be shifting the next full moon.” I laid out.

On the other hand, the werewolves existed in the earth, those areas where they thought were hidden harbored them. They had made efforts towards researching about them, and giving their long research, they were able to come into contact with information that proved useful. The experiments that they had done on the werewolves had proven that they had the ability to elongate the lifespan of a human being, if their genes are assimilated into the human body. Also, they are able to strengthen the overall physique of the person involved.

"Werewolves don't grow old and die. When they reach a certain age, they transition into the ethereal realm and begin a new life." "So werewolves are immortal?" He chuckled. "Not immortal. You humans call it death. You grow old and die, without a choice. But for werewolves, it is called Transitioning. Here, you have a choice to transition into the ethereal realm, or you can choose to remain in the real world." "That's the strangest thing I've ever heard." She murmured. "So anyone can choose to remain in the real world forever?" "Yes, but as the years go by, they get tired of living. A new generation begins, and they're left feeling alone. In the end, they willingly transition."

"I mean, they are going to be the future of the pack. Most of them were born on these grounds. That makes them yours. They will carry on your legacy." He snorted and looked away. She did not know everything about the curse, and he intended to keep it that way. There was no need to let her know something that she might not be able to handle. He looked at his arm. Even though the curse was extending, he knew it would still take centuries before the curse consumed his body and mind. And even though werewolves lived longer than humans, their longevity was nowhere on the same level as Lycans. They lived for an average of only 150 years.

, Evan explained our tradition. "Werewolves' lifetime is a maximum of 60 years. A usual werewolf get his wolf when he was at least 10. And lost shifting power 1 or 2 years before the death. On average a werewolf lives with his wolf for at least 47 years. We have this tradition of reading each story every year on this day. Metaphorically today was the formation of Grey Lake. We have belief, listening to those stories holding mate's hand make their bond stronger" Evan said last part looking at his hand which held Stella's hand.

She didn't choose to party and engage in every whim-wham almost every other day and night. He had taken all of that for granted and was now suffering the consequences. The mate the Moon Goddess had given to him was annoying him more than ever. It even brought his attention to this trail of thought. "Are you even my divine mate?" She gasped. "How dare you belittle our bond?! What manner are you displaying, Frederick?!" He gave her an angry once-over and contemplated what he was to do to her. How could he endure this for the rest of his life? Werewolves live longer than most creatures in their realms except for the Lycans and the elves.

One slight mistake could incur his wrath, talk more of disobeying him or keep him waiting. He didn't want Jayden to hurt his mate again, not after he had almost strangled her to death some hours ago. She was human and his mate, for God's sake, and humans have fragile bodies. They are the weakest of all creatures and they grow old and die, but after being marked by their mates, they stay immortal like the Werewolves, Vampires and the Witches. The Vampires also mark their mates, but the Witches and Wizards use their magic to give their mates immortal lives.

Nothing happened; I just wanted to know what forever meant for Werewolf, because if it was like the forever that men promised during their wedding or the start of a relationship, I don't think I would be able to do it. I was lost for words. She was afraid about being his mate, and the forever that he was promising, I did blame her. Humans get divorced all the time, but I was going to assure her that it was not like that for wolves. "Forever for werewolves means a different thing. They are not like humans who get divorced for trivial things. Once a wolf marks you, then you are his until you die, the other half of his soul, and even if you die, a part of him will be lost forever."

“Was it… because she broke the vow by telling you?” “No.” Jack shook her head. “That wasn’t it. She passed away peacefully.” I exhaled, tension easing from my shoulders. “That’s right. She was three hundred and twenty. An age we’d consider… a ripe old one.” According to ancient records, the average lifespan of werewolves once stretched from five hundred to over a thousand years. But in recent centuries, for reasons still unknown, the collective lifespans of all supernatural races had steadily declined—ours now capped at less than five hundred.
